S.O. 333.—In pursuance of Sub Rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Languages (Use for Official Purpose of the Union) Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby notify the Coal Mining Headquarters, Ginni Plaza, Chutia, Ranchi (Jharkhand)- 834001 of NTPC Limited under the administrative control of Ministry of Power, where 80% of the staff have acquired working knowledge of Hindi.

JITHESH JOHN, Economic Advisor (In-charge O.L.) नई दिल्ली, 22 मार्च, 2023 .—केन्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम एवं खनिज पाइपलाइन्स (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में तारीख 05 फरवरी, 2021 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.547(अ) तारीख 02 फरवरी, 2021 में निम्नलिखित रूप से संशोधन करती है अर्थात्.
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 1 में "वी ़ राजशकरन, उप कलक्टर, तमिलनाडु सरकार, को हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड को तमिलनाडु राज्य में उक्त अधिनियम के प्रतिनियुक्ति पर अधिकारी" शब्द के स्थान पर "रेविन्यु डिवीजनल अधिकारी, —ष्णगिरी को हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड को बरगुर तालुक, —ष्णगिरी जिला, तमिलनाडु राज्य में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रतिनियुक्ति पर अधिकारी" के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।
यह अधिसूचना जारी हान की तारीख से लागू होगी ।

S.O. 334.—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O.547(E) dated 02-02-2021, published in Gazette of India on 05-02-2021 namely:-
In the said notification, in the schedule in column 1, for the words "V. Rajasekaran, Deputy Collector, Government of Tamil Nadu as officer on deputation to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited to perform the functions of Competent Authority for VDPL Project under the said Act within the territory of state of Tamil Nadu" the words "Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, as officer on deputation to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited on permanent additional charge basis, to [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : अप्रैल 1, 2023/चैत्र 11, 1945 617
perform the functions of Competent Authority for Vijayawada-Dharmapuri Pipeline under the said Act in Bargur taluk, Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu" shall be substituted.
This notification will be effective from the date of Issue.
