Appointment of the above mentioned officers to the grade of Section Officer in SOSL 2022 is subject to terms and conditions mentioned in DoP&T's OM No. 6/20/2022-CS.I (S) dated 27.12.2022 and also subject to the outcome of the following Court cases and also subject to any other order passed by any Competent courts in any other connected matters:

(a) Civil Appeal No. 629/2022 in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases).

(b) Matters relating to seniority, promotion etc. in SO/ASO grade, if any, filed in any competent court till date.

Note:-"The above appointment being made in the year 2022 against the SO LDCE 2018-19 vacancies is conditional till results of LDCEs are declared and that in the event of their names not getting included in the SO SL 2022 or for previous years either under Seniority Quota or if they do not qualify SO LDCE for the aforesaid years, they will have no claim to continue to hold the post of Section Officer and they will stand to be reverted to the post of Assistant Section officer (ASO) of CSS. The above appointment is further subject to the condition that these officers are willing to work on Desk Pattern."

No. 2020/E(GR)II/7/4—In the Ministry of Railway's (Railway Board) Notification No. 2020/E(GR)II/7/4 dated 25.03.2022 published in Part 1, Section 2 of the Gazette of India on April 2, 2022, notifying the appointment of Divisional Medical Officers (DMOs) in Level-11 of Pay Matrix of Railway Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 selected on the basis of UPSC's Advt. No. 11/2015 & 03/2018, in Indian Railways, the date of birth of the doctor at S.No. 42 i.e. Dr. Anurag Mishra may be read as 15.05.1985 instead of 15.05.1984.

Rest of the above Notification No. 2020/E(GR)II/7/4 dated 25.03.2022 remains unchanged.
