No. E-11013/2/2022(O.L.)—In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of rule 10 of the Official Languages (Use for Official purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, a subordinate office under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, National Council for Vocational Education and Training, B-2, Pusa Road, North Extension Area, Rajender Nagar, New Delhi- 110005 after acquiring working knowledge of Hindi by more than 80% officers/officials, the Central Government, hereby notifies National Council for Vocational Education and Training, New Delhi. As the National Council for Vocational Education and Training has been constituted after subsuming the National Council for Vocational Training and the National Skill Development Agency, this notification will supersede the earlier notification, if any, if it comes in to the notice of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship that any of the predecessor agency had been notified under Rule 10(4) of Official Language Rules, 1976.

No. E-14011/2/2019-Hindi: The Government of India has decided to amend the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting`s earlier Resolution of even number dated 3.11.2022 as follows:
1. In pursuance of the decision taken by the Union Cabinet in its meeting held on 23.12.2020, the merging of 4 subordinate Media Units of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting viz. Films Division, National Film Archives of India, Directorate of Film Festivals and Children's Film Society, India with National Film Development Corporation Limited (NFDC) on 31.12.2022 and merging of this ministry's media unit namely Photo Division with the Press Information Bureau (PIB) on 01.04.2023 vide Ministry of Information & Broadcasting's O.O. No. M 26013/6/2017-MUC, dated 28.02.2018, the names of these five (5) media units have been omitted from the list of ex-officio members of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
2. Two new entries namely Joint Secretary (Finance and Budget), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and this ministry's media unit namely Director General, Electronic Media Monitoring Centre, New Delhi are added to the list of ex-officio members of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
3. All the terms and conditions regarding the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting mentioned in this ministry's even number previous resolution dated 3.11.2022 shall remain the same.
