5. और बिनक, यूीिसी र्नेष(cid:6980) सनमनत की नरपोट(cid:6981) पर आयोग (cid:7367)ारा नदनांक 3 र्नंबर 2023 को आयोनति अपनी 574र् (cid:7277) बैठक म(cid:7286) र्नचार नकया गया और अनुमोनदत नकया गया।
6. अब, इसनलए, र्न(cid:7393)र्न(cid:7378)ालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर, के (cid:7008)(cid:7076) सरकार, र्न(cid:7393)र्न(cid:7378)ालय अनुदान आयोग अनधननयम, 1956 की धारा 3 के अंतग(cid:6981)त (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए, उपयु (cid:6981)(cid:7334) सं(cid:7021)ा(cid:7312) के सम-र्न(cid:7393)र्न(cid:7378)ालय द(िcid:7287) को सारणी के पैरा 2 के कॉलम (4) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)द(cid:7275) न(cid:7021)नत की समान(cid:7385) की तारीख से र्न(cid:7021)तानरत करती है।
7. सभी सं(cid:7021)ान त(cid:7004)काल (cid:7079)र्भा से संबंनधतर् ैधाननक ननकाय(cid:7298) (cid:7367)ारा ािरी ु(cid:7016)क संरचना, सीट(cid:7298) की सं. आनद के बारे म(cid:7286) ननयम(cid:7298) और र्नननयम(cid:7298) का पालन कर(cid:7286)गे। सभी सं(cid:7021)ान(cid:7298) को उ(cid:7334) र्नननयम(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) ननधा(cid:6981)नरत समय सीमा के भीतर आईडीटीबीयू र्नननयम, 2023 म(cid:7286) ननधा(cid:6981)नरत मानक(cid:7298) के अनु(cid:7272)प होना चानहए। इस मं(cid:7074)ालय की र्पू(cid:6981) अनधसूचना(cid:7312) म(cid:7286) उन(cid:7016)लनखत अ(cid:7008)य सभी त(cid:7300) के सा-सा समय-समय पर ािरी नकए गए यूीिसी और अ(cid:7008)य सांर्ननधक पनरषद(cid:7298) के ननयम(cid:7298)/र्नननयम(cid:7298) का इन सं(cid:7021)ा(cid:7312) (cid:7367)ारा पालन ािरी रहेगा।

And whereas, the functioning of these Institutions were reviewed by the UGC with the help of its Expert Committee in accordance with UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023 (the "IDTBU Regulations, 2023" hereafter) regarding extension of the status of the institution as deemed to be university under clause 6 of the said regulations.
4. And whereas, the Expert Committee recommended for extension of their deemed to be University status.
5. And whereas, the report of the UGC Expert Committee was considered and approved by the Commission in its 574th meeting held on 3rd November 2023.
6. Now, therefore, on the advice of UGC, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, hereby extends the deemed to be University status of the above Institutions with effect from the date of expiry of status provided in column (4) of Table at paragraph 2.
7. All the institutions shall follow the rules and regulations regarding fee structure, number of seats, etc. issued by the relevant statutory bodies with immediate effect. All the institutions should conform to the standards set in the IDTBU Regulations, 2023 within the time limit prescribed in the said regulations. All the other conditions mentioned in the earlier Notification(s) of this Ministry as well as the rules / regulations of UGC and other Statutory Councils, issued from time to time, shall continue to be adhered to by these Institutions.
