2. अधिकारी की नियुक्ति निम्नलिख◌ित अदालती मामलों के निर्णयों के अध्यधीन होगी:—

i) भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में सिविल अपील सं. 629/2022 और संबंधित मामले (जरनैल सिंह बैच के मामले);

ii) भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में एसएलपी सं. 30621/2011;

iii) भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में एसएलपी सं. 31288/2017; तथा

iv) पूर्व के अन्य कोई अदालती मामले/कानून के सक्षम न्यायलयों के आदेश जिनका प्रभाव संदर्भित परीक्षाओं के परिणामों पर हो।
