का.आ. 01.—बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 41) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, भारतीय बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण में पूर्णकालिक सदस्य (बीमांकक) श्री प्रमोद कु मार अरोड़ा के कार्यकाल को चार लाख रुपए प्रतिमाह (आवास और कार की सुविधा के बिना) के समेकित वेतन पैके ज पर दिनांक 4.1.2024 से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ाती है।
[फा. सं. आर-12011/01/2023-बीमा-I)] 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JANUARY 13, 2023/PAUSHA 23, 1945 [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Financial Services) New Delhi, the 8th January 2024 S.O. 01.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Central Government hereby extend the tenure of appointment of Shri Pramod Kumar Arora as Whole-Time Member (Actuary) in the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, on a consolidated pay package of four lakh rupees per month (without facility of house and car), for a period of two years with effect from 04.01.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

एतद्द्वारा, कें द्र सरकार भारत के राजदूतवास वारसॉ में मनीष वशिष्ठ, रजत राज वर्मा और उत्कर्ष भारद्वाज, सभी सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी को जनवरी 08, 2024 से सहायक कांसुलर अधिकारी के रूप में कांसुलर सेवाओं का निर्वहन करने के लिए अधिकृ त करती है।
