3. In this election petition, no-one is appearing since last three dates on behalf of petitioner. This election petition177 [भाग II—खण्ड 3(iii)] भारत का राजपत्र : जून 22, 2024/आषाढ़ 1, 1946 is pending since the year 2019 and the case is fixed peremptorily for today. Earlier an application was also moved on behalf of petitioner to withdraw this petition.
4. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the election petition, hence, the election petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
5. The withdrawal application stands disposed of accordingly.
6. The interim order if any stands vacated.

3. In view of the above, the application is disposed of and the election petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn. The said information regarding withdrawal of the election petit ion shall he published in the official gazette for information of general public.
