3. उपरोक्त अधिकारी की नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित न्यायालीय मामलों के परिणाम के अध्यधीन होगी और यह किसी अन्य संबंधित मामलों में सक्षम अदालत द्वारा पारित किसी अन्य आदेश के भी अध्यधीन होगीः—

(i) भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में 2022 की सिविल अपील सं. 629 और संबंधित मामले (जरनैल सिंह बैच के मामले);
