उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय

विषय: खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रयोजनार्थ सार्वजनिक स्टॉक होल्डिंग के सम्बन्ध में अपेक्षित गेहं हेतु खरीद के लक्ष्य।
सं. 7(1)/2024-नीति-1/2024-25—के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि विशेष रूप से भारत के शहरी और ग्रामीण गरीबों की खाद्य आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रयोजनार्थ सार्वजनिक स्टॉक होल्डिंग के संबंध में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदी गई फसलों के खरीद संबंधी लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है।
अतः अब के न्रीय सरकार एतदद्वारा, समय समय पर यथा संशोधित राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 22 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 की धारा 3 के पैरा 2 (ग) और(घ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रबी विपणन मौसम 2024-25 हेतु गेहं के संबंध में खरीद लक्ष्य अधिसूचित करती है :—

उपयु र्क्त तालिका रबी विपणन सीजन 2024-25 में गेहं के खरीद लक्ष्य को दर्शाती है। वास्तविक खरीद, प्रचलित स्थिति और खाद्य सुरक्षा सुनिश्चत करने की आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस अनुमान से कम अथवा अधिक हो सकती है ।

Subject- Procurement target for wheat required in connection with public stockholding for food security purposes.
No. 7 (1)/2024-Py.I /2024-25—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that is necessary and expedient to set procurement targets for crops procured at Minimum Support Price (MSP) in connection with public stockholding for food security purposes, especially for meeting the food requirements of urban and rural poor in India.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by para 2(c)&(d) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 read with section 22 of the National Food Security Act 2013, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby notifies the following procurement targets in respect of wheat for the Rabi Marketing Season (RMS) 2024-25 as follows:—

The above mentioned table reflects the procurement target for wheat for Rabi Marketing Season 2024-25. The actual procurement may be less or more than this estimate depending upon the prevailing situation and the need to ensure food security.
