ii. तदर्थ पदोन्नति की अवधि का विस्तार, आरक्षण मामलों में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के समक्ष लंबित सिविल अपील संख्या 629/2022 और अन्य संबंधित मामलों तथा किसी भी संबंधित मामले में किसी सक्षम न्यायालय के आदेश और किसी भी सक्षम न्यायालय के समक्ष लंबित एसओ/एएसओ/एसएसए ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता/पदोन्नति मामलों के परिणाम के अधीन रहेगा।
