2. एसजीएसएल-2023 में उनका शामिल किए जाना, भारत के माननीय सवोच्च न्यायालय के द्वारा जरनैल सिंह एवं अन्य बनाम लछमी नरेन गुप्ता एवं अन्य नामक तथा अन्य संबंधित मामलों में एसएलपी (सी) संख्या 30621/2011 से उत्पन्न 2022 की सिविल अपील संख्या 629 के अधीन पारित आगामी आदेशों के अधीन होगा।

2. 04.08.2024 (अपराह्न) को के न्द्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल की समाप्ति के पश्चात्, श्री हेमन्त कु मार मीना, मौजूदा नियमों के तहत, अपनी छु ट्टी अवधि के दौरान मुख्यालय छोड़ने की अनुमति के साथ, 05.08.2024 (पूर्वाह्न) से 03.10.2024 (अपराह्न) तक 60 दिनों के लिए स्वीकृ त अंतिम कार्यकाल अवकाश पर रहेंगे। उनकी छु ट्टी के समाप्ति के पश्चात्, उन्हें स्वतः उनके मूल कार्यालय अर्थात् राजस्व और वन विभाग, महाराष्ट्र सरकार में वापस भेज दिया जाएगा।

2. The appointment of Officers in SO SL 2023 shall be subject to outcome of the following Court cases:—
(i) Civil Appeal No.629/2022 in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases);
(ii) SLP No. 30621/2011 in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India;
(iii) SLP No. 31288/2017 in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India; and
(iv) Any other court cases before/orders of the competent courts of law having bearing on the results of the examinations under reference
