S.R.O. 57.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Army Purchase Organisation, Market Intelligence Statistical and Progress Officer (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2023, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Army Purchase Organisation, Market Intelligence Statistical and Progress Officer (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), Army Purchase Organisation, Market Intelligence Statistical and Progress Officer (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2023, in the Schedule, relating to the post of Market Intelligence Statistical and Progress Officer, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.".

का.नि.आ. 58.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना, नौसेना, वायु सेना), रक्षा कर्मचारिवृ ंद मुख्यालय और अंतर सेवा संगठन, पुस्तकालय काडर (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2023 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना, नौसेना, वायु सेना), रक्षा कर्मचारिवृ ंद मुख्यालय और अंतर सेवा संगठन, पुस्तकालय काडर (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

(क) ज्येष्ठ पुस्तकालय और सूचना अधिकारी के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने, स्तंभ (13) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात:-

"संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक नहीं है" ;

(ख) पुस्तकालय और सूचना अधिकारी के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने, स्तंभ (13) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात:-

"प्रोन्नति पर किसी अधिकारी की नियुक्ति करते समय संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक है" I

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is necessary while appointing an officer on promotion.".

1. (1) These rules may be called the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Air), Principal System Analyst, Senior System Analyst, System Analyst, Data Processing Assistant and Data Entry Operator Grade 'D' (Group 'A' and 'B' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Air), Principal System Analyst, Senior System Analyst, System Analyst, Data Processing Assistant and Data Entry Operator Grade 'D' (Group 'A' and 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2024, in the Schedule,-[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र :नवम्बर 2, 2024/र्कार्तक 11, 1946 405 (a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Principal System Analyst, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.";

(b) against serial number 3, relating to the post of System Analyst, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is necessary while appointing an officer on promotion.".

निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (नौसेना) रूसी भाषा पद

भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 है ।

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Navy) Russian Language Posts Recruitment Rules, 2016, in the Schedule, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Assistant Civilian Staff Officer (Russian), in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.".

(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Signal Intelligence Directorate, Integrated Defence Staff Headquarters (Deputy Foreign Language Adviser, Foreign Language Examiner and Translator) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Defence, Signal Intelligence Directorate, Integrated Defence Staff Headquarters (Deputy Foreign Language Adviser, Foreign Language Examiner and Translator) Recruitment Rules, 2023, in the schedule,-

(a) relating to the post of Deputy Foreign Language Advisor, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.";

(b) relating to the post of Foreign Language Examiner, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, School of Foreign Languages (Group 'A' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, in the Schedule, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Director, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.".

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, सशस्त्र बल फिल्म और फोटो प्रभाग (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 है ।

S.R.O. 63.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Film and Photo Division (Group 'A' and 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2023, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Film and Photo Division (Group 'A' and 'B' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Film and Photo Division (Group 'A' and 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2023, in the schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Director, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.";

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Deputy Director, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is not necessary.";

(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Assistant Director, in column (13), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission is necessary while appointing an officer on promotion.".

का.नि.आ. 64.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना), सूचना पद्धति महानिदेशालय, प्रबंधन सूचना पद्धति संगठन, प्रधान पद्धति विश्लेषक और ज्येष्ठ पद्धति विश्लेषक (श्रेणी 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2023 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना), सूचना पद्धति महानिदेशालय, प्रबंधन सूचना पद्धति संगठन, प्रधान पद्धति विश्लेषक और ज्येष्ठ पद्धति विश्लेषक (श्रेणी 'क' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
