का.नि.आ. 71.—के न्रीय सरकार, नौसेना अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 की 62) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद् द्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में की जाने वाली सेवा या ड्यूटी 13 जनवरी 2025 से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अर्थ के अंतर्गत और उसके प्रयोजन के लिए सयिि सेवा होगी I

S.R.O. 71—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Navy Act, 1957 (62 of 1957), the Central Government hereby declares that the service or duty in the Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands shall be the active service within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Act, for a period of five years, with effect from the 13th day of January, 2025.
