सा.का.नि. 179.––सरकारी परिसर (अनधिकृ त कब्जेदारों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें र सरकार एतद् द्वारा नीचे दर्शाई गयी तालिका के कॉलम (1) में उल्लिखित मु ंबई पत्तन प्राधिकरण के 07 (सात) अधिकारियों को इस सांविधिक संगठन के प्रथम श्रेणी के पदधारी अधिकारी होने के नाते, जो कि भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के समकक्ष रैंक है, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपदा अधिकारियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा उक्त अधिकारीगण, कथित/तालिका के कॉलम (2) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विर्निर्दष्ट परिसरों के संबंध में

(ii) श्री सी. एस. निर्मल, अधीक्षण अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन के बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।
(iii) श्री वी. एफ. डायस, अधिशासी अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।
एस. (iv) श्री सिद्धार्थ शाहसाने, अधिशासी अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।
(v) श्री अभिषेक कु मार, अधिशासी अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।
(vi) श्री वी.एम. सोनार, अधीक्षण अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।
(vii) एस. एस. श्री सराफ, अधीक्षण अभियंता	महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत गठित मु ंबई पत्तन के बोर्ड की अथवा उनके द्वारा अथवा उनकी ओर से पट्टे पर ली गई और तत् कालीन बॉम्बे डॉक लेबर बोर्ड से सम्बंधित सभी सम्पत्तियां जो दिनांक 25.02.1995 की अधिसूचना एसओ 113 (ई) में निहित शतों के अनुसार सरकार की हैं।	पांच वषों की अवधि के लिए अथवा जब तक वे सेवा में बने रहते हैं, जो भी पहले हो।

2. उपयु र्क्त नियुक्तियां, इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगी।

G.S.R. 179.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 07 (seven) officers mentioned in column (1) of the table below, being officers of the Mumbai Port Authority holding Class-I posts of this Statutory Organization, which is equivalent to the rank of gazette officers of Government of India, to be Estate Officers for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officers by or under the said Act, in respect of the premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table:

For a period of five years or till he remains in service, whichever is earlier.
(iii) Shri V.F. Dias, Executive Engineer	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by or on behalf of the Board of Port of Mumbai constituted under Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and all the properties belonging to the erstwhile Bombay Dock Labour Board now vested with Government in terms of notification SO 113 (E) dated 25.2.1995.	For a period of five years or till he remains in service, whichever is earlier.
(iv) Shri Siddharth S. Shahasane, Executive Engineer	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by or on behalf of the Board of Port of Mumbai constituted under Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and all the properties belonging to the erstwhile Bombay Dock Labour Board now vested with Government in terms of notification SO 113 (E) dated 25.2.1995.	For a period of five years or till he remains in service, whichever is earlier.
(v) Shri Abhishek Kumar, Executive Engineer	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by or on behalf of the Board of Port of Mumbai constituted under Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and all the properties belonging to the erstwhile Bombay Dock Labour Board now vested with Government in terms of notification SO 113 (E) dated 25.2.1995.	For a period of five years or till he remains in service, whichever is earlier.
(vi) Shri V.M. Sonar, Superintending Engineer	or on behalf of the Board of Port of Mumbai constituted under Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and all the properties belonging to the erstwhile Bombay Dock Labour Board now vested with Government in terms of notification SO 113(E) dated 25.2.1995.	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by For a period of five years or till he remains in service, whichever is earlier.
(vii) Shri S.S. Saraf, Superintending Engineer	All premises belonging to or taken on lease by or on behalf of the Board of Port of Mumbai constituted under Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and all the properties belonging to the erstwhile Bombay Dock Labour Board now vested with Government in terms of notification SO 113 (E) dated 25.2.1995.
