का.नि.आ. 72.—अंतर-सेना संगठन (कमांड, नियंत्रण और अनुशासन) अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 28) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा इस अधिसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में यथाविर्निर्दष्ट अंतर-सेना संगठनों का गठन करती है और उक्त अनुसूची के अनुवर्ती कॉलम (3) में विर्निर्दष्ट, उक्त अंतर- सेना संगठनों का कमांडर-इन-चीफ या ऑफिसर-इन-कमांड, जैसा भी मामला हो, नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के तहत उक्त अनुसूची के अनुवर्ती कॉलम 4 में यथाविर्निर्दष्ट अंतर-सेना संगठनों में कार्यरत अथवा उससे संबद्ध कार्र्मकों पर कमांड और नियंत्रण रखने के लिए प्राधिकृ त अधिकारी होंगे और ऐसे कार्र्मकों पर सभी अनुशासनिक और प्रशासनिक शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगें ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024

S.R.O. 72.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Inter-services Organisations (Command, Control and Discipline) Act, 2023 (28 of 2023) the Central Government hereby constitutes the Inter-services Organisations as specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto, and appoints the Commander-in-Chief or, the Officer-in-Command, as the case may be, of the said Inter- services Organisation, specified in the corresponding459 [भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र : दिसम्बर 28, 2024/पौष 7, 1946 column (3) of the said Schedule, who shall be competent to exercise the command and control over the personnel serving in or attached to that Inter-services Organisation and exercise all the disciplinary and administrative powers over such personnel, as specified in the corresponding column (4) of the said Schedule, under section 7 of the said Act.

का.नि.आ. 73.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एकीकृ त मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना), इंजन चालक और ग्रीज़र समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक (नौका कर्मी दल) पद भर्ती नियम, 2022 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ .-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नौसेना मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय, इंजन चालक और ग्रीज़र समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक (नौका कर्मी दल) पद भर्ती (संसोधन) नियम, 2024 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. एकीकृ त मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना), इंजन चालक और ग्रीज़र समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक (नौका कर्मी दल) पद भर्ती नियम, 2022 की अनुसूची में, इंजन चालक के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्याक 1 के सामने, -

(क) स्तंभ (8) में,- प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्न प्रविष्ट रखी जाएगी; अर्थात्:-

"लागू नहीं होता।";

(ख) स्तंभ (11) में,- प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ट रखी जाएंगी; अर्थात्:-

"प्रोन्नति:

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर -2 (19900 – 63200 रु) में ऐसे ग्रीज़र जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, जिसके न हो सकने पर ऐसे ग्रीज़र और फायरमैन की श्रेणी में कु ल 11 वर्ष की संयुक्त सेवा की हो तथा दोनों के न हो सकने पर वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर -1 (18000 – 56900 रु) में ऐसे फायरमैन जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में कु ल 11 वर्ष की सेवा की हो ।

टिप्पण : जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो"।

NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Engine Driver and Greaser Group 'C', Non-Industrial (Boat Crew Staff) posts Recruitment Rules, 2022, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Naval Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Engine Driver and Greaser Group 'C', Non-Industrial (Boat Crew) posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Engine Driver and Greaser Group 'C', Non-Industrial (Boat Crew) posts Recruitment Rules, 2022, in the Schedule, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Engine463 [भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र : दिसम्बर 28, 2024/पौष 7, 1946 Driver, -

(a) in column (8), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

"Not Applicable.";

(b) in column (11), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Promotion:

"Greaser in Level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19900-63200) with eight years regular service in the grade, failing which eleven years combined service in the grade of Greaser and Fireman, failing both by Fireman in Level-1 in the pay matrix (Rs. 18000-56900) with eleven years regular service in the grade.

Note 1:- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.".
