का.नि.आ. 1.––सेना अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का46) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा कमांडिंग सैन्य संगठन के निम्नलिखित प्रत्येक अधिकारी को, जो के न्द्र सरकार की राय में ब्रिगेड से कम नहीं है, ऐसे अधिकारी के रुप में निधारित करती है, जो उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन अधिकारी जो एक डिवीजन को कमान कर रहे हों, उन शक्तियों का प्रयोग उन व्यक्तियों पर करेंगे जो उक्त अधिनियम के तहत आते हों और जो सैन्य संगठन को कमान कर रहे हो, प्रयोग कर सकते हैं, जिनके पदनाम हैः-

(क) कमान अधिकारी, अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण अकादमी (ओ.टी.ए.), गया I

(ख) कमान अधिकारी, रीमाउन्ट वेटरिनरी कोर (आर.वी.सी.) के न्द्र और महाविघालय[फा. सं.17732/SRO-OTA & RVC/AG/DV-1(P)] एस. के . गौर, अवर सचिव (एजी) 357 GI/2025 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JANUARY 25, 2025/ MAGHA 5, 1946 [PART II—SEC. 4] MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2025

S.R.O. 1––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Army Act, 1950 (46 of 1950), the Central Government hereby prescribes each of the following officers commanding a military organisation which in the opinion of the Central Government is not less than a brigade, as the officer by whom the powers, which under the said Act may be exercised by an officer commanding a division shall, as regards persons who are subject to the said Act and who are serving under such officer commanding a military organisation be exercised, namely:-

(a) The Commandant, Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya.

(b) The Commandant, Remount Veterinary Corps (RVC), Centre and College, Meerut.
