सं. 20017/01/2024-राजभाषा(नीति)—भारत सरकार ने कें द्रीय हिंदी समिति का पुनर्गठन करने का निश्चय किया है।
इस समिति में निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे: —

2. यह समिति हिंदी के विकास और प्रसार के विषय में तथा सरकारी काम काज में हिंदी के प्रगामी प्रयोग के संबंध में भारत सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों और विभागों द्वारा कार्यान्वित किए जा रहे कायों तथा कार्यक्रमों का समन्वय करेगी।

3. अपने काम के निष्पादन में सहायता देने के लिए समिति को आवश्यकतानुसार उपसमितियां नियुक्त करने और अतिरिक्त सदस्य सहयोजित करने का अधिकार होगा।
4. समिति के गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए यात्रा भत्ता और दैनिक भत्ता देने के प्रयोजन से इस समिति को उच्च स्तरीय समिति माना जाएगा।
5. समिति के कार्यकाल की अवधि उसके पुनर्गठन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष होगी।
6. समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के प्रशासकों, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, नीति आयोग, नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक, लोक सभा सचिवालय और राज्य सभा सचिवालय को भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सर्वसाधरण के सूचनार्थ भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

RESOLUTION
No. 20017/01/2024-O.L.(Policy)—The Government of India have decided to reconstitute the Kendriya Hindi Samiti.
The Samiti will consist of:—
1. Prime Minster - Chairperson 2. Home Minister - Deputy Chairperson 3. Minister of State, In-charge of Official Language in Ministry of Home Affairs - Member 4. Minister of Health & Family Welfare - Member 5. Minister of Education - Member 6. Minister of Law & Justice - Member 7. Minister of Railways, Electronics & Information Technology - Member 8. Minister of State, Ministry of Finance - Member 9. Minister of State, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions - Member 10. Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs - Member 11. Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh - Member 12. Chief Minister, Rajsthan - Member 13. Chief Minister, Gujarat - Member 14. Chief Minister, Assam - Member 15. Chief Minister, Sikkim - Member 16. Chief Minister, Telangana - Member 17. Deputy Chairman, Committee of Parliament on Official Language - Member 18. Convenor of 1st sub-committee of the Committee of Parliament on Official Language - Member 19. Convenor of 2nd sub-committee of the Committee of Parliament on Official Language - Member 20. Convenor of 3rd sub-committee of the Committee of Parliament on Official Language - Member 21. Secretary, Department of Official Language - Member Secretary
2. The functions of this Samiti will be to bring about coordination in the work and programmes relating to the development, propagation and progressive use of Hindi for the official purposes being implemented by the various Ministries/ Departments of Government of India.
3. The Samiti will have the power to appoint Sub-Committees and Co-opt additional members, as may be necessary, for assisting it in the discharge of its functions.
4. This Samiti will be treated as High Powered Committee for the purposes of grant of TA/DA to its non-official members for participation in its meetings.
5. The term of the Samiti will be three years from the date of its reconstitution.
6. The Headquarter of the Samiti will be at New Delhi.
