सं. 1/3/2022-पीडी—इस कार्यालय के दिनांक 22.03.2023 के समसंख्यक अधिसूचना, जिसके द्वारा सीएसआईआर की शासी निकाय का पुनर्गठन दिनांक 17 मार्च, 2023 से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए किया गया था, के अनुक्रम में सामान्य सूचनार्थ यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि डॉ. नलिन सिंघल, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, भारत हेवी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स लिमिटेड (बीएचईएल), बीएचईएल हाउस, सीरी फोर्ट, नई दिल्ली- 110049 सेवानिवृत्ति के परिणामस्वरूप अब वह सीएसआईआर की शासी निकाय के सदस्य नही हैं । तदनुसार, भारत के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री ने सीएसआईआर के अध्यक्ष की हैसियत से सीएसआईआर के नियम एवं विनियमों के नियम 29 (iv) के अनुसार "दो प्रतिष्ठित उद्योगपति, जिनमें से एक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र से होगा" की श्रेणी के अंर्तगत' सीएसआईआर की शासी निकाय की शेष अवधि, जोकि दिनांक 16.03.2026 तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो के लिए श्री संदीप कु मार गुप्ता, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक (सीएमडी), गैस अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (गेल) को डॉ. नलिन सिंघल के स्थान पर सदस्य के रूप में नामित करने का अनुमोदन प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के दिनांक 27.08.2024 के आई डी संख्या 5771793/2024-HR द्वारा प्रदान किया हैं ।

No. 1/3/2022-PD—In continuation to this Office Notification of even number dated 22.03.2023, reconstituting the Governing Body of CSIR for a period of three years with effect from 17th March, 2023, it is further notified for general information that consequent upon the retirement of Dr. Nalin Shinghal, CMD, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, New Delhi, he ceases to be the member of the Governing Body of CSIR. The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, as the President, CSIR has approved the nomination of Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) in place of Dr. Nalin Shinghal, as a member of Governing Body of CSIR under the category of "Two eminent Industrialists, one of whom shall be from the Public Sector" under clause 29 (iv) of CSIR Rules & Regulations for the remaining tenure of the present Governing Body of CSIR, i.e. upto 16.03.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vide PMO ID No. 5771793/2024-HR dated 27.08.2024.
