S.O. 156.—Whereas, the International Operations Division, Central Bureau of Investigation New Delhi has registered a Criminal Case No. RC2312024S0003 against Ankur Shukla, resident of Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, in connection with an incident of grooming and threatening of a minor girl from Australia on 17-05-2024 by sending her obscene images/ videos on social media platform-instagram during the year 2021, under section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860), section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) and section 12 read with section 11 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (32 of 2012);
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946), the Central Government with the consent of the State Government, issued vide Notification No. 3742/R-2130190/2024/B-1/Two; dated 19.11.2024, Home Department, Mantralaya Bhopal, hereby extends the powers and jurisdiction to the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment and also extends the powers and jurisdiction for investigation of any offence, abetment of offences and/or conspiracies in relation to or in connection with the said investigation in the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh to conduct investigation of the aforesaid case, ex-post-facto with effect from 17-05-2024.

का.आ. 161.—दिव्यांगजन अधिकार नियमावली 2017 के नियम 32 के उप-नियम (5) के साथ पठित, दिव्यांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम, 2016 की धारा 74 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार, दिव्यांग व्यक्ति के लिए आरक्षित, आयुक्त दिव्यांगजन (सीपीडी) के पद पर, श्री एस. गोविंदराज को भारत सरकार के अपर सचिव के लिए स्वीकार्य वेतन और भत्तों सहित, एतद्द्वारा नियुक्त करती है।
2. श्री एस गोविंदराज की नियुक्ति इस पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि अर्थात् दिनांक 10.01.2025 से 03 वर्ष की अवधि अथवा उनके द्वारा 60 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त होने अथवा अगले आदेश, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिए होगी। उनकी नियुक्ति की अन्य निबंधन और शर्तें समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित आरपीडब्ल्यूडी नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 33, नियम 34 और नियम 35 में यथा उल्लिखित होंगें।

S.O. 161.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 74 of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, read with sub-rule (5) of rule 32 of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities rules 2017, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. Govindaraj as Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CPD), against the post reserved for Person with Disability, with salary and allowances as admissible to the Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
2. The appointment of Shri S. Govindaraj will be for a period of 03 years, w.e.f. 10.01.2025 i.e. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of 60 years, or until further order, whichever is the earliest. The other terms and conditions of his appointment will be as mentioned in rules 33, rule 34 and rule 35 of the RPwD Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time.

(i) यह अभिकरण, खनिज और अयस्क समूह-। का निर्यात (निरीक्षण) नियम, 1965 के नियम 4 के अधीन निरीक्षण की पद्धति की जाँच करने के लिये निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद् द्वारा निमित्त अधिकारियों को पर्याप्त सहयोग और सहायता प्रदान करेगी;

S.O. 162.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government now recognizes, M/s Italab (Goa) Pvt. Ltd., H. No. 197, Redi Sukal Bhat, Post Redi, Taluka Vengurla, Jilla Sindhudurga, Maharashtra, Pin - 416517 (hereinafter referred to as the said agency), as an agency for three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, for the inspection of Minerals & Ores, Group - I, namely, Iron Ore and Bauxite, as specified in the Schedule annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, published in the Official Gazette vide number S.O.3975 dated 20th December, 1965 respectively, before export of the said Minerals and Ores at Redi Port, subject to the following conditions, namely:-
(i) the said agency shall extend adequate cooperation and assistance to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council on this behalf to carry out the inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores – Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965;

का.आ. 163.—के न्द्रीय सरकार, निर्यात (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एंव निरीक्षण) अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 22) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित निर्यात (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एंव निरीक्षण) नियम, 1964 के नियम 12, के उपनियम[भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : फरवरी 8, 2025, /माघ 19, 1946 459 (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैसर्स मित्रा एस. के . प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, द्वार संख्या 8-45-9/2/1/बी.,सी., विद्यानगर कॉलोनी, चौथी लेन, पुराने सीबीआई डाउन के पास, विशाखापट्नम, आंध्र प्रदेश -530003 (जिसे एतद्पश्चात उक्त अभिकरण कहा जायेगा), को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष के लिए, वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के साथ अनुसूची में निर्दिष्ट दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 1965 की अधिसूचनाकी सं॰का.आ. 3975 तथा दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर,1965 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ.3978 के तहत प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट खनिज और अयस्क समूह-।, अर्थात लौह अयस्क, मैंगनीज अयस्क, फे रोमैंगनीज और बाक्साइट और समूह –II, अर्थात क्रोम अयस्क सहित क्रोम कं सन्ट्रेट, के निर्यात से पूर्व निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन विशाखापट्नम पत्तन, गंगावरम पत्तन, काकीनाडा पत्तन और कृ ष्णपट्टनम पत्तन, में उक्त खनिज और अयस्क के निरीक्षण करने के लिए एक अभिकरण के रुप में मान्यता देती है, अर्थात् :
(i) यह अभिकरण, खनिज और अयस्क समूह-। का निर्यात (निरीक्षण) नियम, 1965 तथा खनिज और अयस्क समूह-I। का निर्यात (निरीक्षण) नियम, 1965 के नियम 4 के अधीन निरीक्षण की पद्धति की जाँच करने के लिये निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद् द्वारा निमित्त अधिकारियों को पर्याप्त सहयोग और सहायता प्रदान करेगी;
(ii) यह अभिकरण, इस अधिसूचना में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट अपने कार्यो का निष्पादन करने के लिए, निदेशक (निरीक्षण और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद द्वारा समय-समय पर, लिखित रूप में, दिए गए निर्देशों से आबद्ध होंगी ।

Private Limited, Door No. 8-45- 9/2/1/B,C, Vidyanagar Colony, 4th Lane, Near Old CBI Down, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh – 530003, (hereinafter referred to as the said agency), as an agency for three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, for the inspection of Minerals & Ores, Group-I, namely, Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Ferromanganese and Bauxite, and Group-II, namely, Chrome Ore including Chrome Concentrate, as specified in the Schedule annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, published in the Official Gazette vide number S.O.3975 dated 20th December, 1965 and S.O. 3978 dated 20th December, 1965 respectively, before export of the said Minerals and Ores at Visakhapatnam Port, Gangavaram Port, Kakinada Port and Krishnapatnam Port subject to the following conditions, namely: -
(i) the said agency shall extend adequate cooperation and assistance to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council on this behalf to carry out the inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores – Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965 and Export of Minerals and Ores – Group II (Inspection) Rules, 1965;
(ii) the said agency, in performance of their function as specified in this notification, shall be bound by such directions, as the Director (Inspection and Quality Control), Export Inspection Council may give, in writing from time to time.

(i) the said agency shall extend adequate cooperation and assistance to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council on this behalf to carry out the inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores – Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965;
