सा.का.नि. 40.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, बॉम्बे (वर्ग III पदों) भर्ती नियम, 1975 को, जहाँ तक उसका संबंध इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटर, के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मु ंबई में कनिष्ठ तकनीशियन (इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटिग) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मु ंबई, कनिष्ठ तकनीशियन (इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटिग), समूह-'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता: वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति: जहाँ के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहाँ वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति: इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 40.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules 1975, in so far as they relate to the post of Electroplator except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Technician (Electroplating) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Junior Technician (Electroplating), Group-‗C' post, Recruitment Rules, 2025.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. –The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Orthotics) (Group ‗C' post) Amendment, Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Orthotics) (Group ‗C' post) Recruitment Rules 2023, in the Schedule, in column (11), for the word ―Prosthetics‖, the word ―Orthotics‖ shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Instructor (Footwear Technology) in the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Footwear Technology)(Group ‗C' Post) Recruitment Rules,2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 43.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा पत्र सूचना कार्यालय (समूह 'ग' पद – उत्तरी क्षेत्र) भर्ती नियम, 1989, पत्र सूचना कार्यालय, (समूह 'ग' पद – पश्चिमी क्षेत्र) भर्ती नियम, 1989, पत्र सूचना कार्यालय, (समूह 'ग' पद – दक्षिणी क्षेत्र)भर्ती नियम, 1989 तथा पत्र सूचना कार्यालय, (समूह 'ग' पद – पूर्वी क्षेत्र) भर्ती नियम, 1989, जहां तक कि उनका संबंध लिपिक ग्रेड-II, लिपिक ग्रेड-II (टेलीप्रिटर ऑपरेटर) तथा लिपिक ग्रेड-II (भाषा) के पदों से है,उन बातों के सिवाए अधिकृ त करते हुए जिन्हे ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया हो। सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय के अधीन पत्र सूचना कार्यालय के क्षेत्रीय तथा शाखा कार्यालयों में लिपिक ग्रेड-II (समूह 'ग' पद) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पत्र सूचना कार्यालय (क्षेत्रीय और शाखा कार्यालय), लिपिक ग्रेड-II(समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगें।
2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर– उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमें से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयू-सीमा तथा अर्हताएं आदि– उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयू-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता – कोई भी व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है, जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है; अथवा
(ख) जिसने अपने पति अथवा पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह कर लिया है, उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र होंगेः
परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार इस बात पर समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के दूसरे पक्षकार पर लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति– जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह, आदेश द्वारा तथा उसके लिए जो कारण होंगें, अभिलिखित प्रवर्ग करके , किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को व्यक्तियों के किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के संबंध में शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति– इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।
