सं. एलएएफईएएस-पीएस41011/12/2023/16-कार्र्मक अनु.-आरएसएस—श्री उरुजुल हसन, उप निदेशक (सुरक्षा) के विरुद्ध आरंभ की गई अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही के समापन के परिणामस्वरूप, अधिसूचना सं. आरएस 18/8/1/2018/17- कार्र्मक दिनांक 12.02.2020 के माध्यम से उन पर 'पांच वषों के लिए सुरक्षा अधिकारी के निचले ग्रेड पर पदावनति' की शास्ति 10.02.2020 से इन निदेशों के साथ अधिरोपित की गई थी कि पदावनति की अवधि के दौरान उनकी भावी वेतनवृद्धियां स्थगित कर दी जाएंगी और उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति पर, उन्हें उप निदेशक (सुरक्षा) के ग्रेड में उनकी मूल वरिष्ठता वापिस प्राप्त नहीं होगी।

2. श्री उरुजुल हसन पर अधिरोपित किए गए उपयु र्क्त शास्ति की अवधि 10.02.2025 को समाप्त हो गई है। तदनुसार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने 10.02.2025 से श्री हसन को उप निदेशक (सुरक्षा) के पद पर बहाल करने की स्वीकृ ति प्रदान की है। उप निदेशक (सुरक्षा) के ग्रेड में उनकी वरिष्ठता लागू नियमों के अनुसार यथासमय निर्धारित की जाएगी।

2. The duration of the aforesaid penalty imposed on Shri Urujul Hasan has expired on 10.02.2025. Accordingly, the Competent Authority has approved the restoration of Shri Hasan to the grade of Deputy Director (Security) w.e.f 10.02.2025. His seniority in the grade of Deputy Director (Security) will be fixed in accordance with applicable rules in due course.
