आ.अ. 14.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग बिहार राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्री एच. आर.
श्रीनिवास, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्री विनोद सिंह गु ंजियाल, आई.ए.एस. (बी.आर.:2007), को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए बिहार राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्री विनोद सिंह गु ंजियाल, बिहार सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।
3. श्री विनोद सिंह गु ंजियाल, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, बिहार के रूप में कार्य करते हुए बिहार सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगें सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन 3597 GI/2025

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th April, 2025
O.N. 14.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Bihar hereby designates Shri Vinod Singh Gunjiyal, IAS, (BR:2007) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Bihar with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri H. R. Shrinivas, IAS.
2. Shri Vinod Singh Gunjiyal shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Bihar, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Vinod Singh Gunjiyal while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Bihar except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

2. Shri Yashwant Kumar shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Chhattisgarh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

2. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jha shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Madhya Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jha while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Madhya Pradesh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Madhya Pradesh except that he should be designated Principal Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

आ.अ. 17.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग मिजोरम राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, डा. लालरोजामा, आई. ए. एस. (एजीएमयूटी:2009) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए मिजोरम राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. डा. लालरोजामा, मिजोरम सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।

2. Dr. Lalrozama shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Mizoram, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Dr. Lalrozama while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Mizoram shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Mizoram except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
