सा.का.नि. 75 —केन्द्रीय सरकार, असम राइफल्स अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 47) की धारा 165 की
उपधारा (2) के खंड (क) और खंड (ख) के साथ पठित उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते
हुए, असम राइफल्स(समूह 'ग' के योधक पद) भर्ती नियम, 2001 को जहां तक उनका संबंध नायब
सूबेदार(भेषजज्ञ) के पद से है, और असम राइफल्स(समूह 'ख' योघक पद) भर्ती नियम, 2001 को जहा ंतक
उनका संबंध सूबेदार मेजर (भेषजज्ञ), सूबेदार (भेषजज्ञ) के पद से हैं, उन बातो के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते
हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, गृह मंत्रालय, असम
राइफल्स मे ंसूबेदार मेजर(भेषजज्ञ),सूबेदार(भेषजज्ञ) और नायब सूबेदार(भेषजज्ञ) के पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति
का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थातः—

. - (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, असम राइफल्स,
1.
सूबेदार मेजर (भेषजज्ञ),सूबेदार (भेषजज्ञ) और नायब सूबेदार( भेषजज्ञ) समूह 'ख' पद, भर्ती नियम 2025 है।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. लागू होना- ये नियम इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ(1) मे यथा ंविनिर्दिष्ट पदों पर लागू
हाेंगे।
3.
.—पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण
तथा उनसे सलंग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होगे, जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) मे ंविनिर्दिष्ट
है।
उक्त पदो ंपर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा,

अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) मे ंविनिर्दिष्ट है।
5. वह व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह
की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है
या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नही ंहोगाः
परन्तु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के
अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार है ंतो वह किसी
व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी।
6. . (1)इन नियमों के अधीन नियुक्त प्रत्येक व्यक्ति उस मास की अंतिम तारीख को जिसमे
वह साठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर लेता है के अपरान्ह या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर यथाविहित,
सेवानिवृत्त होगा।
परन्तु वह व्यक्ति जिसकी जन्म की तारीख किसी मास के पहले दिन को है, वह उस मास के से
पूर्ववर्ती मास के अंतिम दिन को सेवानिवृत्त होगा।
(2)किसी भी व्यक्ति को उपनियम(1) में यथांविनिर्दिष्ट अधिवर्षिता पर सेवानिवृत्त की विहित आयु से
परे सेवा में विस्तार की अवधी अनुदत्त नही की जाएगी।
7. श .-जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन
है वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण है उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन
नियमों के किसी उपबंध मे से किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की वाबत आदेश द्वारा िशथिल कर सकेगी।
8. .-इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव
नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किये गए आदेशों के अनुसार
अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गो, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के
व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

(i) जिन्होंने विभाग के मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हो या (ii) जिन्होंन मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400)या समतुल्य मे नियुक्त के पश्चात् नियमित आधार पर दो वषर् सेवा की हो, ख् ा. जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हकता और अनुभव रखते हाें, (i) मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से भेषजी मे स्नातक डिग्री। (ii) सुसंगत क्षेत्र मे दो वषर् का अनुभव। ः विभागीय सूबेदार (भेषजज्ञ) जिन्होनें वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर-7(44,900-1,42,400) में दो वषर् की नियमित सेवा की हो और प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्ति के लिए विहित शैक्षणिक अर्हता और अनुभव रखते हों, बाहरी व्यक्तियो के साथ विचार किया जाएगा। यदि विभागीय अभ्यर्थी को पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए चुना जाता है, तो इसे प्रोन्नति द्वारा भरा माना जाएगा और जिनकी चिकित्सा श्रेणी शेप-1 होगी और बल द्वारा समय-समय पर यथा विहित प्रोन्नति पूर्व न्यूनत मदो से चार सप्ताह का अनिवार्य प्रिशक्षण अर्हित हो। ः प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि जिसके अंतर्गत केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाहृय पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि साधारणतया 3 वषर् से अधिक नहीं होगी। ः प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वषर् से अधिक नही होगी। |
| सशस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मिक जो एक वषर् की अवधि के भीतर सेवानिवृत्त होने वालेे ेहैं या आरक्षित में स्थानातरित होने वाले और जिनके पास प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव और विहित अर्हताएं हैं, के नाम पर भी प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा। यदि चयनित हो जाते हैं तो ऐसे व्यक्तियो ंको उस तारिख तक प्रतिनियुक्ति के निबंधनों पर रखा जाएगा जिस पर उन्हें सशस्त्र बल से निर्मुक्त किया जाना है उसके पश्चात उन्हें पुनर्नियोजन पर जारी रखा जाए। ये अभ्यर्थी चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग-1 में होंगे। |

| प्रोन्नति द्वारा जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा | ः असम राइफल्स के नायब सूबेदार (भेषजज्ञ) में से जिन्होंने वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर-6 (35400-112400) मे श्रेणी मे नियमित पांच वर्षो की सेवा की हो। चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग शेप-1 हो, और असम राइफल्स द्वारा यथाविहित प्रोन्नति पूर्व आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण सफलता पूर्वक पूरा किया हो। ः जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन्होने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहा ंउनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जबकि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले कही पूरी करली है अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो। |
| केन्द्रीय सरकार राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन राज्य के अधिकारी (i) क. जिन्हाेंने विभाग के मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किया हो। (ii) जिन्हाेंने मूल काडर या विभाग मे वेतन मैट्रिक्स मे स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400) या समतुल्य मे पद पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् पांच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो। ख् ा. जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हो, (i) मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से भे"ाजी मे स्नातक डिग्री। (ii) सुसंगत क्षेत्र मे दो वर्ष अनुभव। ः पोषक प्रवर्ग के विभागीय अधिकारी जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति मे है प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नही होगें, इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति किए जाने के पात्र नही हाेंगे। ः प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि जिसके अंतर्गत केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग मे इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाहृय पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अधिक नही होगी। ः प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नही होगी। |

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
New Delhi, the 6th May, 2025
G.S.R. 75.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub- section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act 2006 (47 of 2006) and in supersession of the Assam Rifles (Group 'C' combatised posts) Recruitment Rules, 2000, in so far as it relates to the post of Naib Subedar (Pharmacist); and the Assam Rifles (Group 'B' combatised posts) Recruitment Rules, 2001, in so far as they related to the post of Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist), except as respects to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist) and Naib Subedar (Pharmacist), in the Assam Rifles in the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Assam Rifles,Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist) and Naib Subedar (Pharmacist), Group 'B' Posts, Recruitment Rules 2025..
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application. - These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Scheduled annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the saidSchedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Superannuation.-(1) Every person appointed under these rules shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the month in which he or she attains the age of sixty years or as prescribed by the Central Government from time to time:
Provided that a person whose date of birth is on the first day of the month, shall retire from service in the afternoon of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of superannuation.
(2) No person shall be granted extension in service beyond the prescribed age of retirement on superannuation as specified in sub-rule (1).
7. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
8. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes,Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| By deputation or promotion: O fficer of the Central Government or State Governments, - ( a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department: or (ii) with two years' service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in level-7 in the pay matrix (Rs.44900-142400) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department: and (b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience, namely: - (i) Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university and recognised institute; (ii) two years' experience in relevant field. N ote1.-The departmental Subedar (Pharmacist) in level-7 in the pay matrix (44900-142400) with two years of regular service in the grade and having the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for considering appointment on deputation basis is considered alongwith outsiders. If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post; it shall be treated as having been filled by promotion and medical category shall be SHAPE-1 and qualified in mandatory pre promotion training of minimum two to four weeks or as prescribed by the Force from time to time. N ote 2.- The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same of some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed not exceed three years. N ote 3.- The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. सा.का.नि. 76 —राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और के न्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (ज्येष्ठ मशीन आपरेटर और कनिष्ठ मशीन आपरेटर) भर्ती नियम, 1979 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध कनिष्ठ मशीन आपरेटर के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्मण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, कार्र्मक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्र्मक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के अधीन, के न्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो में डाटा एंट्री आपरेटर समूह 'घ' के पदों पर भर्ती की पद्दति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम के न्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (डाटा एंट्री आपरेटर समूह 'घ') भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर. - उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं, आदि. - उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता.- वह व्यक्ति -
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा: परन्तु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : जून 14, 2025/ज्येष्ठ 24, 1947 4755. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. - जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

G.S.R. 76— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Bureau of Investigation (Senior Machine Operator/Junior Machine Operator) Recruitment Rules 1979 in so far as it relates to the post of Junior Machine Operator, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator Grade 'D' in the Central Bureau of Investigation, Under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation, Data Entry Operator Grade 'D', Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule,:
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for persons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

G.S.R. 77— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital, (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1974, in so far as they relate to the post of Crafts Instructor in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Crafts Instructor in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Crafts Instructor (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay-matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any
person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट है ।

4. निरर्हता: वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति: जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति: इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेतिि है।

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय, के न्रीय ओषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन, के न्रीय ओषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला, मु ंबई, कार्यालय अधीक्षक (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि.- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से स्तम्भ (13) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता.- वह व्यक्ति –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा;
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. – जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहाँ वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति – इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R.79— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Mumbai (Office Superintendent) Recruitment Rules, 2001, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Office Superintendent in the Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Mumbai, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Mumbai, Office Superintendent (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(2) इन नियमों के प्रकाशन से पूर्व र्निर्दष्ट किए गए उप नियम(1) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों की नियमित निरंतर सेवा ज्येष्ठता के उद्देश्यों, सेवा में पदोन्नति, पुष्टि और पेंशन की अर्हता प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्र सेवा के रूप में गिना जाएगा।

G.S.R. 80— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff in the National Service Scheme, in the Department of Youth Affairs, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the National Service Scheme, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, (Multi Tasking Staff Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification, and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, ̶
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Initial constitution clause.- (1) Peons working under the National Service Scheme, as on the date of commencement of these rules shall be deemed to have been appointed to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff under these rules.
(2) The regular continuous service of officials mentioned in sub rule (1) rendered prior to the publication of these rules shall count as qualifying service for the purposes of seniority, qualifying service of promotion, confirmation and pension in the service.
7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided to the Scheduled Casts, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
