सं. ए-32013/01/2021-स्था-I(भाग-2) [ई-50841]—कार्र्मक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग के आदेश संख्या 22/25/2024-ईओ (एसएम-II) दिनांक 05.05.2025 के अनुसार विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में वैज्ञानिक जी [स्तर-14] के पद पर सीधी भर्ती के आधार पर उनकी नियुक्ति के लिए मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति के अनुमोदन के परिणामस्वरूप, इस विभाग में वैज्ञानिक एफ, डॉ एकता कपूर ने 09.05.2025 से वैज्ञानिक एफ के पद से अपना तकनीकी त्यागपत्र दे दिया है और 09.05.2025 से वैज्ञानिक जी [स्तर-14] के पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण किया है। तदनुसार, राष्ट्रपति की अनुमति से, डॉ एकता कपूर को सीधी भर्ती के आधार पर वैज्ञानिक-जी के रूप में उनकी कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि अर्थात 09.05.2025 से सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त किया जाता हैं ।

2. डॉ. एकता कपूर अपने कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि अर्थात 09.05.2025 से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगी, जिसे समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी निदेशों के अनुसार बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

3. एफआर 22(बी)(1) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, डॉ. एकता कपूर अगले आदेश तक लेवल-13ए में रु. 1,71,100/- (सेल-10) का वेतन प्राप्त करती रहेंगी। अगली वेतन वृ ििकी तिथि 01.01.2026 है।
