आ.अ. 18.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग नागालैंड राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद् द्वारा, श्री व्यासन आर, आई.ए.एस के स्थान पर श्रीमती भाग्यश्री भीमरावजी बनायत, आई.ए.एस. (एन.एल:2012) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए नागालैंड राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्रीमती भाग्यश्री भीमरावजी बनायत, नागालैंड सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी।

3. श्रीमती भाग्यश्री भीमरावजी बनायत, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, नागालैंड के रूप में कार्य करते हुए नागालैंड सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सचिव पदाभिहित किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th May, 2025
O.N. 18.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the State Government of Nagaland hereby designates Smt. Bhagyashree Bhimraoji Banayat, IAS, (NL:2012) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Nagaland with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Vyasan R, IAS.
2. Smt. Bhagyashree Bhimraoji Banayat, shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Nagaland, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Smt. Bhagyashree Bhimraoji Banayat, while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Nagaland except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

आ.अ. 19.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग जम्मू एवं कश्मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतद् द्वारा, श्री पांडुरंग कोंडबाराव पोल, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्री संजीव वर्मा, आई.ए.एस. (ए.जी.एम.यू.टी.:2001) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए जम्मू एवं कश्मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्री संजीव वर्मा, जम्मू एवं कश्मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों
को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।

O.N. 19.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Administration of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir hereby designates Shri Sanjeev Verma, IAS, (AGMUT:2001) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, IAS.
2. Shri Sanjeev Verma shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Administration of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Sanjeev Verma while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu and Kashmir shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Administration of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir except that he should be designated Secretary to the Administration of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in charge of Election Department in the Union Territory Secretariat.

3. Shri A Sreenivas shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Haryana, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri A Sreenivas while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Haryana except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
