सा.का.नि. 114.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, सफाई अधीक्षक (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2019, को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्मण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में सफाई अधीक्षक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, सफाई अधीक्षक (समूह 'ग' पद), भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

(687)688 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : AUGUST 2, 2025/SHRAVANA 11, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर. – उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट है ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं ।
4. निरर्हता.- वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.- जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उनको लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति.- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 114.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi Sanitary Superintendent (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Sanitary Superintendent in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Sanitary Superintendent (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay-matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार पर लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति: जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा, शिथिल कर सके गी ।

G.S.R. 116.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Counselor, in the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, in the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Counselor (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

G.S.R. 117.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Medical Record Technician Recruitment Rules, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Medical Record Technician in the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kripalani Hospital, New Delhi under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kripalani Hospital, New Delhi, Medical Record Technician (Group 'C' post), Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण कें र अस्पताल, आहारविद, (समूह 'ख' पद), भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर– उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता- वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति- जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Rural Health Training Centre Hospital, Najafgarh, New Delhi, Dietician, (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, −
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| or (B) (i) Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition or Food Science and Nutrition or Home Science or Home Economics or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or Food and Nutrition Dietetics or Dietetics and Food service management from a recognised university or institute; a nd (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from a recognised university or institute; and (iii) one year practical experience in Dietetics in a 100 bedded hospital or organisation under the Central Government or the State Government or Union territory administration or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertaking or university or recognised research institute. Note 1: The Central Government or State Government officers shall only be considered for absorption. Note 2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. सा.का.नि. 119.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण कें र अस्पताल, नज़फगढ़, नई दिल्ली में नेत्र विज्ञानी सहायक/ रिफ़रैकस्निस्ट के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण कें र अस्पताल, नज़फगढ़, नई दिल्ली में नेत्र विज्ञानी सहायक/रिफ़रैकस्निस्ट, समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि - उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ(13) में विर्निर्दष्ट हैं ।
4. निरर्हता- वह व्यक्ति-[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : अगस्त 2, 2025/श्रावण 11, 1947 711 (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति - जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी जिनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।
