सा.का.नि. 120.–– राष्ट्रपति, संतिधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्िुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शतियों का प्रयोग करिे हुए और गृह मंत्रालय में सहायक तनदेशक(आयुध), ज्येष्ठ क्षेत्र अतधकारी(आयुध) िथा क्षेत्र अतधकारी (आयुध) के पदों पर भिी की पद्धति को तितनयतमि करने के तलए तनम्नतलतखि तनयम बनािे हैं, अथााि:-
1. संतक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन तनयमों का संतक्षप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पद (गैर-लडाकू ) आयुध काडर भिी तनयम, 2025 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की िारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

3. पद-संख्या, िगीकरण और िेिन मैतरक्स में स्िर.- पदों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण, िेिन मैतरक्स में उनका स्िर िह होगा, जो इन तनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्िंभ (2) से स्िंभ (4) में तितनतदाष्ट हैं।
4. भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहािाएं आतद.- भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहािाएं और उनसे संबंतधि अन्य बािें िे होंगी, जो उि अनुसूची के स्िंभ (5) से स्िंभ (13) में तितनतदाष्ट हैं।
5 . आरंतभक गठन .- (1) इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में तितनतदाष्ट ऐसे कातमाक जो इन तनयमों के प्रारम्भ से ठीक पहले तनयतमि आधार पर पद धारण तकए हुए हैं, इन तनयमों के उपबंधों के अनुसार तनयुि तकए गए समझे जाएंगे।
(2) इन तनयमों के प्रारंभ, ठीक पहले उप-तनयम (1) में तितनतदाष्ट कातमाक की तनयतमि तनरन्िर सेिा की संगणना अपनी-अपनी श्रेतणयों में पररिीक्षा अितध, प्रोन्नति, पुतष्ट के तलए अहाक सेिा और सेिा में पेंशन के प्ररयोनन के तलए की जाएगी।
6. तनरहािा.- िह व्यति,- (क) तजसने ऐसे व्यति से, तजसका पति या तजसकी पत्नी जीतिि है, तििाह तकया है या तििाह की संतिदा की है; या (ख) तजसने, अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीतिि रहिे हुए तकसी व्यति से तििाह तकया है, या तििाह की संतिदा की है,
उि पदों पर तनयुति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन्िु यतद के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जािा है तक ऐसा तििाह ऐसे व्यति और तििाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्िीय तितध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के तलए अन्य आधार हैं िो िह तकसी व्यति को इस तनयम के प्रििान से छू ट दे सके गी। 7. तशतथल करने की शति.- जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है तक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन है, िहां िह उसके तलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , इन तनयमों के तकसी उपबंध को तकसी िगा या प्रिगा के व्यतियों की बाबि, आदेश द्वारा तशतथल कर सके गी ।
8. व्यािृति.- इन तनयमों की कोई बाि ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य ररयायिों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी, तजनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंघ में समय-समय पर जारी तकए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूतचि जातियों, अनुसूतचि जनजातियों, भूिपूिा सैतनकों, अन्य तपछडें िगों, और अन्य तिशेष प्रिगा के व्यतियों के तलए उपबंध करना अपेतक्षि है।

G.S.R. 120.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Director (Armament), Senior Field Officer (Armament) and Field Officer (Armament) in the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-
1. Short title and Commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts (Non-Combatised) Armament Cadre, Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application. – These rules shall apply to posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classifications and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.– The method of recruitment to said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Initial constitution.– (1) The incumbents holding the posts specified in the Schedule annexed herein, immediately before the commencement of these rules on the regular basis shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
(2) The regular continuous service of the incumbents referred to in sub-rule (1) in the respective grades immediately before commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, qualifying service for promotion, confirmation and pension in the service, etc.
6. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and to other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
8. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

N ote 1.- The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years. N ote 2.- The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |

सा.का.नि. 121.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए लेडी हाडिग मेडिकल कॉलेज और श्रीमती सुचेता कृ पलानी अस्पताल, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ, भर्ती नियम, 2018, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ, भर्ती नियम, 2018, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ, भर्ती नियम, 2019, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, कलावती सरन बाल अस्पताल, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ, भर्ती नियम (ग्रुप-सी), 2020, ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण कें द्र, नई दिल्ली, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ, (ग्रुप 'सी' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2021, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, दिल्ली स्थित के न्द्रीय सरकार के अस्पताल, में बहु- कार्य कर्मचारी पदों की भर्ती पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम के न्द्रीय सरकार के अस्पताल, दिल्ली (बहु-कार्य कर्मचारी)
भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो उक्त उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) तक में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से स्तम्भ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता: वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है;
उक्त पद के लिए नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि कें द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार726 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : AUGUST 9, 2025/SHRAVANA 18, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसे करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति: जहां कें द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण है, उन्हे लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी भी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा, शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति: इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका कें द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध कराना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 121.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2018, the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2018, the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2019, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules (Group-C), 2020, the Rural Health Training Centre, New Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2021, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff in Central Government Hospital in Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Central Government Hospitals in Delhi (Multi Tasking Staff), Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -728 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : AUGUST 9, 2025/SHRAVANA 18, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 122.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital (Senior Physiotherapist) Recruitment Rules, 1983, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Physiotherapist, in the Lady Hardinge Medical College - Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital New Delhi, under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Lady Hardinge Medical College-Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Physiotherapist, Group 'A' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

N ote 2: Where junior who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less and have successfully completed their probation period, for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. |

सा.का.नि. 123.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, के अधीन डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में मुख्य भौतिक चिकित्सक के पद पर भर्ती का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1)- इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में मुख्य भौतिक चिकित्सक, (समूह 'क' पद), भर्ती नियम, 2025 हैI
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर– पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो उक्त उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से स्तम्भ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता:- वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; अथवा
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद के लिए नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:-
परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति:- जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति:- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किये गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध कराना अपेक्षित है।

| Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administrations or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings or recognised universities or recognised research institutions: (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years regular service in level-11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 67700-208700) in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing a Master degree in Physiotherapy in any branch from a recognised university or institute with three years practical experience of holding clinical post in at least a fifty bedded recognised hospital. Note 1: The Departmental Deputy Chief Physiotherapist in level-11 in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade and possessing educational qualifications and experience prescribed for considering appointment on deputation basis shall also be considered along with outsiders. If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post, the post shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion, otherwise, it will be treated as having been filled on deputation (including- short-term contract). N ote 2: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same of some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall not be exceeding three years. N ote 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of application. |

G.S.R. 124.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi Senior Optometrist (Group B Post) Recruitment, Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Optometrist in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Senior Optometrist, (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any
person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति- जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि - उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता - वह व्यक्ति –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति - जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति - इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 126.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Reference Library, Calcutta (Group 'C' and Group 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1989, in so far as they relate to the post of Sub-Editor (General and Languages), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Library and Information Assistant in the Central Reference Library, Kolkata, Ministry of Culture, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, the Central Reference Library, Kolkata, Library and Information Assistant (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : अगस्त 9, 2025/श्रावण 18, 1947 7513. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 127.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा महासागर विकास विभाग (स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर) भर्ती नियम, 2005 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिकांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय में स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:- —
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय (स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर), समूग 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2023 है।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. अनुप्रयोग — ये नियम संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण, तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उनका स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद् अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि - भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
5. निरर्हता — वह व्यक्ति, –

उक्त पदों पर नियुक्त का पात्र नहीं होगा:

G.S.R. 127.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Department of Ocean Development ( Staff Car Drivers) Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Drivers in the Ministry of Earth Sciences, namely : —
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Earth Sciences (Staff Car Drivers), Group 'C' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application. — These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column(1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. — The number of said posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. — The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Disqualification. — No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
