का.आ. 1581.—कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का 46) की धारा 18 की उपधारा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री अनुपम एस शर्मा, अधिवक्ता को मु ंबई के विचारण न्यायालयों में दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन (कें द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो) द्वारा संस्थित कें द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो के मामलों, आरसी बीएसएम 2015 ई0006 (ककं गफ़िशर एयरलाइन - आईडीबीआई मामला) और आरसी बीडीआई 2016 ई0008 (ककं गफ़िशर एयरलाइन – एसबीआई कॉन्र्सॉर्टयम मामला), के अभियोजन का और इन मामलों से उद्भूत, अपील, पुनरीक्षण और अन्य मामलों का विधि द्वारा स्थापित अपील या पुनरीक्षण न्यायालयों में संचालन करने हेतु मामले का निपटान होने तक या अगले आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 1581.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Anupam S Sharrma, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting prosecution of CBI cases RC BSM 2015 E0006 (Kingfisher Airlines- IDBI Case) and RC BD1 2016 E0008 (Kingfisher Airlines- SBI Consortium case) instituted by the Delhi Special Police Establishment (Central Bureau of Investigation) in the trial courts at Mumbai and any appeal, revision and other matters arising out of these cases in any appellate or revisional Court established by law, till disposal of the cases or until further order, whichever is earlier.

सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (1) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्रों के संबंध में कॉलम (3) में उल्लिखित इंडियन ऑयल कॉपोरेशन लिमिटेड के परिचालन पेट्रोलियम पाइपलाइनों के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कायों को करने के लिए अधिकृ त करती है।

इससे पूर्व एस.ओ. संख्या 1257 दिनांक 21.06.2024 के अंतर्गत भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 29.06.2024 प्रकाशित कर्नाटक राज्य में इंडियन ऑयल कॉपोरेशन लिमिटेड के लिए पहले अधिसूचित सक्षम प्राधिकारी श्री राजांशु रंजी, प्रचालन प्रबंधक, इंडियन ऑयल कॉपोरेशन लिमिटेड, दक्षिणी क्षेत्र पाइपलाइन, बंगलौर, को डी- नोटिफ़ाइड समझा जाए।

यह अधिसूचना इसके जारी होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी।

S.O. 1582.—In Pursuance of sub section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions of the Competent authority under the said Act for IndianOil Corporation Limited in respect of areas mentioned in column (2) for its operational petroleum pipelines laid under the said Act mentioned in column (3) of the said Table:

Earlier notified Competent Authority for Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Karnataka State, Shri Rajanshu Ranjee, Operations Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Southern Region Pipelines, Bangalore, vide SO No 1257 dated 21.06.2024 published in the Gazette of India dated 29.06.2024 stand de-notified.

The Notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
