1. On 02.05.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the case was adjourned by this Court for 09.05.2025 in the interest of justice. On 09.05.2025 again, no has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner/respondents and the case was adjourned for today.
2. Today, counsel for the Election Commission of India has appeared before this Court but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent.
3. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present Election Petition. Accordingly, the present Election Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. All pending applications in this case are disposed of accordingly.
