सं. 9-16/2025-यू.3(ए)—जबकि, कृ ष्णा चैरिटेबल सोसाइटी द्वारा यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी) के नाम से के आईईटी ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशंस, गाजियाबाद, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, गाजियाबाद-मेरठ रोड गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश -201206 को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत समविश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा देने के लिए एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था।
2. और जबकि, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 16.06.2025 के पत्र के माध्यम से सूचित किया कि यूजीसी (समविश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 के अनुसार उसकी विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा आवेदन की जांच की गई थी। समिति ने कु छ शतों के साथ कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर प्रदेश को समविश्वविद्यालय (सामान्य श्रेणी) का दर्जा देने की सिफारिश की थी।
3. और जबकि, यूजीसी विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिशों पर आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 14.05.2025 को आयोजित अपनी 590वीं बैठक (मद संख्या 2.12) में विचार किया गया और अनुमोदित किया गया।
4. अब, इसलिए, यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी की सलाह पर, एतदद्वारा कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर प्रदेश के नाम से के आईईटी ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशंस, गाजियाबाद को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत समविश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा देने की घोषणा करता है। यह अनुमोदन निम्नलिखित शतों के अध्यधीन है:—
i. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, यूजीसी (समविश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 और समय-समय पर इसके संशोधनों का पालन करेगा।
ii. प्रायोजक निकाय द्वारा दिए गए सभी वचन-पत्रों का समविश्वविद्यालय द्वारा कड़ाई से पालन किया जाएगा।
iii. प्रायोजक सोसाइटी समय-समय पर संशोधित विनियमों के अनुसार कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश के नाम पर 25 करोड़ रुपये की कॉर्पस निधि के निर्माण के लिए दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य का स्थायी रूप से अनुरक्षण करेगी और प्रेषित करेगी।
iv. यूजीसी और शिक्षा मंत्रालय की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना, सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान/या उसकी घटक शिक्षण इकाइयों की परिसंपत्तियों या निधियों/राजस्व का कोई अन्यत्र उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।
v. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश किसी भी ऐसी गतिविधि में शामिल या लिप्त नहीं होगा जो वाणिज्यिक और लाभ कमाने वाली प्रकृ ति की हो।
vi. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश में संचालित किए जाने वाले शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम यूजीसी और संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों/निकायों द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों और मानकों के अनुरूप होंगे।
vii. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश अपने पाठ्यक्रम को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के अनुरूप बनाएगा।

viii. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश समय-समय पर संशोधित यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन बोर्ड (एनबीए) द्वारा सभी पात्र शैक्षणिक पाठ्यक्रमों/कार्यक्रमों को वैध मान्यता के लिए मूल्यांकित कराने और संस्थान को राष्ट्रीय मूल्यांकन एवं प्रत्यायन परिषद (एनएएसी) द्वारा वैध मान्यता प्राप्त कराने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाएगा।
ix. छात्रों के प्रवेश, छात्रों की प्रवेश क्षमता, शैक्षणिक पाठ्यक्रम/कार्यक्रम के अनुमोदन के नवीनीकरण, छात्रों की प्रवेश क्षमता में संशोधन, नए पाठ्यक्रम/कार्यक्रम शुरू करने आदि के मामले में संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के सभी निर्धारित मानदंड और प्रक्रियाएं लागू रहेंगी और कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा उनका पालन किया जाएगा।
x. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, यूजीसी (समविश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 के अनुसार अपना एमओए यूजीसी को प्रस्तुत करेगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, जब भी आवश्यक होगा, यह प्रचलित विनियमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार अपने एमओए/नियमों को अद्यतित या संशोधित करेगा।
xi. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश यूजीसी और संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के नियमों और विनियमों के अनुसार शुल्क संरचना का पालन करेगा।
xii. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश इस मंत्रालय के राष्ट्रीय संस्थागत रैंककं ग फ्रे मवर्क (एनआईआरएफ़) द्वारा जारी र्वार्षक भारतीय रैंककं ग में भाग लेगा।
xiii. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश को अनिवार्य रूप से अकादमिक बैंक ऑफ क्रे डिट (एबीसी) बनाएगा, अपने छात्रों की पहचान करेगा और उनके क्रे डिट स्कोर को डिजिटल लॉकर में अपलोड करेगा तथा यह सुनितिि करेगा कि क्रे डिट स्कोर एबीसी पोर्टल में प्रर्दर्शत हों और समर्थ ई-गवनेंस को अंगीकृ त करेगा।
xiv. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश को उद्योग-अकादमिक संबंधों को सुदृढ़ करेगा।
xv. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश को अंतर-अनुशासनात्मक कार्यक्रमों के साथ एक बहु-अनुशासनात्मक संस्थान बनने का प्रयत्न करेगा।
xvi. कृ ष्णा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियररंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (के आईईटी), गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश को पीएचडी कार्यक्रम शुरू करेगा और पीजी छात्रों के नामांकन में सुधार करेगा।

सं. 10-4/2025-यू.3(ए)—जबकि, येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक ने यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय) विनियम, 2023 के प्रावधानों के तहत सं. 118/27, चोक्कानहल्ली गांव, येलहंका होबली, बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक में एक ऑफ-कैं पस कें द्र शुरू करने के लिए यूजीसी पोर्टल पर अपना आवेदन अपलोड किया था।
2. और जबकि, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 08.01.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 26-7/2024 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक को कु छ शतों के साथ आशय पत्र (एलओआई) जारी करने की सिफारिश की थी। तदनुसार, मंत्रालय ने यूजीसी की सलाह पर, चोक्कानहल्ली गाँव, येलहंका होबली, बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक में एक ऑफ-कैं पस कें द्र शुरू करने से पूर्व 3 वर्ष की अवधि के भीतर कु छ शतों को पूरा करने हेतु येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक को दिनांक 20.02.2025 को आशय पत्र (एलओआई) जारी किया।
3. और आगे, जबकि, कु लसचिव येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक ने दिनांक 07.03.2025 के अपने पत्र के माध्यम से आशय पत्र की शतों को पूरा करने के संबंध में अनुपालन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। इसे सत्यापन और परामर्श के लिए यूजीसी को भेज दिया गया। यूजीसी ने दिनांक 12.08.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 26-7/2024 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से सूचित किया कि अनुपालन रिपोर्ट की जाँच की गई और उसकी स्थायी समिति द्वारा उसे स्वीकार कर लिया गया। समिति की रिपोर्ट को अध्यक्ष यूजीसी द्वारा भी अनुमोदित किया गया।
4. अब, इसलिए, यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी की सलाह पर, येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक को चोक्कानहल्ली गांव, येलहंका होबली, बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक में एक ऑफ-कैं पस कें द्र शुरू करने की का अनुमोदन देता है।

5. येनेपोया (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मैंगलोर, कर्नाटक इस मंत्रालय की पूर्व अधिसूचना(ओं) में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी शतों के साथ-साथ समय-समय पर जारी किए गए के न्द्रीय सरकार, यूजीसी और अन्य सांविधिक परिषदों के निदेशों, नियमों, विनियमों का अनुपालन करेगा।

सं. 10-11/2025-यू.3(ए)—जबकि, श्री सिद्धार्थ एके डमी ऑफ हायर एजुके शन (सम विश्वविद्यालय), तुमकु र, कर्नाटक द्वारा यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय) विनियम, 2023 के विनियम 8(7) के अनुसार टी-बेगुर, नेलमंगला तालुक, बैंगलोर ग्रामीण जिला, कर्नाटक में अपने ऑफ- कैं पस सेंटर के लिए कायोत्तर अनुमोदन की मांग करते हुए एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था।
2. और जबकि, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 29.05.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 26-6/2024 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से सूचित किया कि उसकी विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा यूजीसी विनियम, 2023 के विनियम 8(7) के अनुसार, समविश्वविद्यालय के प्रस्ताव की जांच की गई थी, जिसमें यह प्रावधान है कि आयोग, विशेषज्ञ समिति की सलाह के आधार पर, सरकार को ऐसे किसी भी ऑफ-कैं पस, जो इन विनियमों के लागू होने से पहले मामला-दर-मामला आधार पर संचालित हो रहा था, और उत्तीर्ण छात्रों के लिए प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम की डिग्री को मान्य करने हेतु, यदि वे ऑफ- कैं पस कें द्र शुरू करने के लिए अपेक्षित बुनियादी पात्रता शतों को पूरा करते हैं, के अनुमोदन पर विचारार्थ अपना सुझाव देगा।
3. और आगे, जबकि, यूजीसी विशेषज्ञ समिति ने प्रस्ताव के समग्र मूल्यांकन के बाद, यह सिफ़ारिश की थी कि श्री सिद्धार्थ एके डमी ऑफ हायर एजुके शन (सम विश्वविद्यालय), तुमकु र, कर्नाटक को टी-बेगुर, नेलमंगला तालुक, बेंगलुरु ग्रामीण जिले में ऑफ-कैं पस चलाने के लिए कायोत्तर स्वीकृ ति प्रदान की जा सकती है, यदि वह विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा उल्लिखित कमियों को दूर कर लें। विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफ़ारिशों पर आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 23.07.2025 को आयोजित अपनी 592वीं बैठक (मद संख्या 2.15) में विचार किया गया और उन्हें अनुमोदित किया गया।
4. और जबकि, मंत्रालय ने दिनांक 23.09.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 10-11/2025-यू.3(ए) के माध्यम से संस्थान से विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा सुझाई गई कमियों को दूर करने हेतु कु छ दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करने का अनुरोध किया था। संस्थान ने दिनांक 23.09.2025 के पत्र के माध्यम से अपेक्षित दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत किए।
5. अब, इसलिए, यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी की सलाह पर, एतदद्वारा शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2019-20 जिसे संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के अनुमोदन से शुरू किया गया है, से प्रवेश प्राप्त/उत्तीर्ण छात्रों की डिग्री को विधिवत रूप से मान्यता प्रदान करते हुए श्री सिद्धार्थ एके डमी ऑफ हायर एजुके शन (सम विश्वविद्यालय), तुमकु र, कर्नाटक को टी-बेगुर, नेलमंगला तालुक, बैंगलोर ग्रामीण जिला, कर्नाटक में ऑफ-कैं पस शुरू करने के लिए कायोत्तर अनुमोदन प्रदान करता है।
6. इस मंत्रालय की पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं तथा समय-समय पर जारी यूजीसी और अन्य सांविधिक परिषदों के नियमों/विनियमों में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी शतों का श्री सिद्धार्थ एके डमी ऑफ हायर एजुके शन (सम विश्वविद्यालय), तुमकु र, कर्नाटक द्वारा पालन किया जाना जारी रहेगा।

No. 9-16/2025-U.3(A)—Whereas, an online application was submitted by Krishna Charitable Society for conferment of Institution deemed to be University status under general category to KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad-Meerut Road Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh -201206 in the name of Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET) under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
2. And whereas, UGC, vide letter dated 16.06.2025, informed that the application was examined through its Expert Committee as per the UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023. The Committee recommended for conferment of Institution deemed to be University status (general category) to Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh with certain conditions
3. And whereas, the recommendations of the UGC Expert Committee were considered and approved by the Commission in its 590th meeting (Item No. 2.12) held on 14.05.2025.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of UGC, hereby declares Institution deemed to be University status under general category to KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad in the name of Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Delhi- NCR, Uttar Pradesh. This approval is further subject to the following conditions:—
i. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shall follow the UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023 and its amendments, from time to time.
ii. All the undertakings given by the sponsoring body shall be strictly followed by the deemed to be University.
iii. The sponsoring society shall permanently maintain and submit documentary evidence for creation of corpus fund of Rs.25 Crore in the name of Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh as per the Regulations, as amended from time to time.
iv. There shall be no diversion of assets or funds/revenues of the Institution deemed to be University/or of its constituent teaching units, without prior permission of the UGC and Ministry of Education.
v. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall not engage or indulge in any activities that are of commercial and profit making in nature.
vi. The academic programmes to be offered at Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall conform to the norms and standards prescribed by the UGC and the Statutory Councils/Bodies concerned.
vii. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall align its course with National Education Policy-2020.
viii. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall take all the required steps to get all the eligible academic courses/programmes rated for valid accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the Institute to get valid accreditation by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), as the case may be, in terms of the provisions as contained in the UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time.
ix. All the prescribed norms and procedures of the Statutory Councils concerned in the matter of admission of students, intake capacity of students, renewal of approval to the academic courses / programmes, revision of intake capacity of students, starting of new courses / programmes, etc. shall continue to be in force, and shall be adhered to by Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
x. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall submit MoA in accordance with UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023 to the UGC. Further, as and when necessary, it shall update or revise or modify its MoA / Rules, as per the provisions of the prevailing Regulations.
xi. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall follow the fee structure as per the Rules and Regulations of the UGC and relevant Statutory Councils.
xii. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall participate in annual Indian rankings issued by National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of this Ministry.

Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall compulsorily create Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), identities of their students and upload their credit score in digital lockers and ensure that the credit scores are reflected in ABC Portal and adopt Samarth e-Gov.
xiv. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh should strengthen Industry- academia linkages.
xv. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh should endeavor to be a multi-disciplinary institution with inter-disciplinary programmes.
xvi. Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh should start the Ph.D. programme and improve the enrollment of PG students.

No. 10-4/2025-U.3(A)—Whereas, Yenepoya (Institution Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka had uploaded its application on UGC Portal to start an off-campus Centre at No. 118/27, Chokkanahalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka under the provisions of UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023.
2. And whereas, UGC, vide its letter No. 26-7/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 08.01.2025, had recommended for issuance of Letter of Intent (LoI) to Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka with certain conditions. Accordingly, the Ministry, on the advice of UGC, issued Letter of Intent (LoI) dated 20.02.2025 to Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka for fulfilment of the certain conditions within a period of 3 years before starting an off-campus at Chokkanahalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka.
3. And further whereas, the Registrar, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka, vide his letter dated 07.03.2025, submitted compliance report in respect of fulfilment of the conditions of the LoI. The same was forwarded to UGC for verification and advice. UGC, vide letter No. 26-7/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 12.08.2025, conveyed that the compliance report was examined and accepted by its Standing Committee. The report of the Committee was also approved by the Chairman, UGC.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of UGC, hereby accords approval to Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka to start an off-campus Centre at Chokkanahalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka.
5. Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka shall abide by all other conditions mentioned in the earlier Notification(s) of this Ministry as well as the directions, Rules, Regulations of Central Government, UGC and other Statutory Councils, issued from time to time.

No. 10-11/2025-U.3(A)—Whereas, an online application was submitted by Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Tumkur, Karnataka seeking ex-post facto approval for its off-campus centre at T-Begur, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, Karnataka as per regulation 8 (7) of the UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023.
2. And whereas, UGC, vide its letter No. 26-6/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 29.05.2025, informed that the proposal of the deemed to be University was examined by its Expert Committee as per regulation 8 (7) of the UGC Regulations, 2023 which provides that the Commission, on the basis of the advice of the Expert Committee, shall render its advice to the Government to consider the approval of any such off-campus which was operating before the commencement of these regulations on a case- to-case basis, and to validate the degrees of each programme for the passed-out students, if they fulfil the basic eligibility conditions required for starting the off-campus centre.

And further whereas, the UGC Expert Committee, after overall assessment of the proposal, recommended that ex- post facto approval may be granted to the Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (deemed to be University), Tumkur, Karnataka for running the off campus at T-Begur, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore rural District, if it rectifies the deficiencies pointed out by the Expert Committee. The recommendations of the Expert Committee were considered and approved by the Commission in its 592nd meeting (Item No. 2.15) held on 23.07.2025.

And whereas, Ministry, vide its letter 10-11/2025-U.3(A) dated 23.09.2025, requested the Institution to submit certain documents for rectification of the deficiencies pointed out by the Expert Committee. The Institution submitted the requisite documents, vide letter dated 23.09.2025.
5. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of UGC, hereby accords ex-post facto approval to Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (deemed to be University), Tumkur, Karnataka for starting off-campus at T-Begur, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, Karnataka, duly validating the degrees of admitted/passed students from Academic Year 2019-20, which have been started with approval of the respective statutory councils.
6. All other conditions mentioned in the earlier Notification(s) of this Ministry as well as the Rules / Regulations of UGC and other Statutory Councils, issued from time to time, shall continue to be adhered by Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Tumkur, Karnataka.
