2. तदर्थ पदोन्नति से उपरोक्त अधिकारियों को अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रेणी में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारी श्रेणी में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने अथवा अगले उच्च श्रेणी में पदोन्नति अथवा एनएफएस प्रदान किए जाने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा। तदर्थ नियुक्तियां अस्थायी होंगी तथा इन्हें किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण बताए समाप्त किया जा सकता है।

2.
