2. इसके द्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 (2) के तहत कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार को उपयु र्क्त कम्पनी का नाम कम्पनी रजिस्टर से इस आधार पर नाम हटाने का आवेदन प्राप्त हुआ है कि कम्पनी के निगमन के एक वर्ष के भीतर कारोबार आरंभ करने में विफल रहे हैं या इस आधार पर कि कम्पनी पूर्ववर्ती 2 वित्तीय वषों से कारोबार नहीं कर पाई है और इस अवधि के भीतर कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 455 के तहत निष्क्रिय कम्पनी की स्थिति प्राप्त करने का आदेश का आवेदन नहीं किया है या कम्पनी ने निष्क्रिय कम्पनी की स्थिति प्राप्त कर ली है, पर वे कम्पनी के रुप में पंजीकरण नहीं रखना चाहते और अतः कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार से अपना/अपने नाम हटाने का अनुरोध किया है ।

3. तदनुसार, कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार उपयु र्क्त कम्पनी के नाम को कम्पनियों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का प्रस्ताव करता है।

4. यदि किसी व्यक्ति/संस्था को कम्पनी को कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार से कम्पनियों का नाम हटाने के प्रस्ताव से आपत्ति है तो वह व्यक्ति/संस्था इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 (तीस) दिनों के भीतर उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय के पते पर अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकते हैं ।

2. इसके द्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 (2) के तहत कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार को उपयु र्क्त कम्पनियों के नाम कम्पनी रजिस्टर से इस आधार पर नाम हटाने का आवेदन प्राप्त हुआ है कि कम्पनी के निगमन के एक वर्ष के भीतर कारोबार आरंभ करने में विफल रहे हैं या इस आधार पर कि कम्पनी पूर्ववर्ती 2 वित्तीय वषों से कारोबार नहीं कर पाई है और इस अवधि के भीतर कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 455 के तहत निष्क्रिय कम्पनी की स्थिति प्राप्त करने का आदेश का आवेदन नहीं किया है या कम्पनी ने निष्क्रिय कम्पनी की स्थिति प्राप्त कर ली है, पर वे कम्पनी के रुप में पंजीकरण नहीं रखना चाहते और अतः कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार से अपना/अपने नाम हटाने का अनुरोध किया है ।

3. तदनुसार, कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार उपयु र्क्त कम्पनियों के नामों को कम्पनियों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का प्रस्ताव करता है।

4. यदि किसी व्यक्ति/संस्था को कम्पनी को कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार से कम्पनियों का नाम हटाने के प्रस्ताव से आपत्ति है तो वह व्यक्ति/संस्था इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 (तीस) दिनों के भीतर उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय के पते पर अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकते हैं ।

4. यदि किसी व्यक्ति/संस्था को कम्पनी को कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रार से कम्पनियों का नाम हटाने के प्रस्ताव से आपत्ति है तो वह व्यक्ति/संस्था इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 (तीस) दिनों के भीतर उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय के पते पर अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकते हैं ।
