सं. 9-13/2024-यू.3(ए)—जबकि, के न्र सरकार को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर उच्चतर शिक्षा संस्थान को सम-विश्वविद्यालय संस्था के रूप में घोषित करने का अधिकार प्राप्त है।
2. और जबकि, जीएमआर इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (जीएमआरआईटी) द्वारा यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत जीएमआर इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (जीएमआरआईटी) जीएमआर नगर, राजम, श्रीकाकु लम, जिला विजयनगरम, आंध्र प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान का दर्जा प्रदान करने के लिए यूजीसी के पोर्टल पर दिनांक 18.03.2024 का एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था।
3. और जबकि, (ख) यूजीसी ने दिनांक 11.12.2024 के अपने पत्र सं. 10-6/2024 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से सूचित किया कि आवेदन की जांच यूजीसी की विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्था) विनियम, 2023 के अनुसार की गई थी। विशेषज्ञ समिति ने जीएमआर प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (जीएमआरआईटी) जीएमआर नगर, राजम, श्रीकाकु लम, जिला विजयनगरम, आंध्र प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत सम विश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा प्रदान करने की सिफारिश की।
4. और जबकि, आयोग ने दिनांक 13.11.2024 को हुई अपनी 584वीं बैठक (मद संख्या 2.09) में यूजीसी विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिश पर विचार किया और उसे स्वीकृ ति दी।
5. अब, इसलिए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यूजीसी की सलाह पर, एतद् द्वारा जीएमआर इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (जीएमआरआईटी), जीएमआर नगर, राजम, श्रीकाकु लम, जिला विजयनगरम, आंध्र प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत एक सम विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में घोषित करता है। उक्त घोषणा निम्नलिखित शतों के अध्यधीन है:—
i. संस्थान को अंतर-विषयात्मक कार्यक्रमों के साथ एक बहु-विषयक संस्थान बनने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।
ii. संस्थान को पीजी और पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में छात्रों की संख्या बढ़ाने पर ध्यान कें रित करना चाहिए।
iii. संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय के स्वरूप को समाहित करने के लिए मिशन और विजन के विवरण पर फिर से विचार करना चाहिए और इसे राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के साथ कार्यनीतिक और सफलतापूर्वक अनुकू लित करना चाहिए।
iv. राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अनुसरण में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के पाठ्यक्रम को, विशेष रूप से क्रे डिट-आधारित पाठ्यक्रमों जैसे भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली, बहु-विषयक मुक्त वैकल्पिक, प्रबंधन पाठ्यक्रमों सहित मानविकी और सामाजिक विज्ञान में पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने के संबंध में संशोधित किया जाना है।
v. संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय में परिवर्तन की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार करने हेतु व्यापक संकाय विकास कार्यक्रमों में निवेश करना चाहिए।
vi. संस्थान को बेहतर उपकरणों के साथ प्रयोगशालाओं का उन्नयन करना चाहिए।
vii. संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के सभी विनियमों का पालन करना चाहिए जो विश्वविद्यालय के सुचारू कामकाज में पारर्दर्शता लाने के लिए प्रासंगिक हैं।
viii. यूजीसी और शिक्षा मंत्रालय की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना सम-विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान/या इसकी घटक शिक्षण इकाइयों की परिसंपत्तियों या निधियों/राजस्व का कोई अन्यत्र उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।

ix. जब और जैसा भी आवश्यक हो, संस्थान प्रचलित विनियमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार अपने एमओए/नियमों को अद्यतित या पुर्नर्नर्र्मत या संशोधित करेगा।

सं. 10-10/2025-यू.3(ए)—जबकि, नरसी मोनजी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज (एनएमआईएमएस) (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र ने यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 के प्रावधानों के तहत गिबपुरा-शांतिपुरा सर्क ल से आगे, सानंद-सरखेज हाईवे रोड, सानंद, अहमदाबाद, गुजरात में एक ऑफ-कैं पस कें र शुरू करने के लिए यूजीसी पोर्टल पर एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया है।
2. और जबकि, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 19.06.2025 के पत्र संख्या एफ. 30-5/2018 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से, कु छ शतों के साथ एनएमआईएमएस (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र को आशय पत्र (एलओआई) जारी करने की अनुशंसा की है। तदनुसार, मंत्रालय ने यूजीसी की सलाह पर, एनएमआईएमएस (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र को दिनांक 16.07.2025 को आशय पत्र (एलओआई]) जारी किया, जिसमें सानंद, अहमदाबाद, गुजरात में ऑफ-कैं पस शुरू करने से पहले 3 वर्ष की अवधि के अंदर कु छ शतों को पूरा करने के लिए कहा गया है।
3. और इसके अतिरिक्त जबकि, कु लसचिव, एनएमआईएमएस (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र ने दिनांक 11.08.2025 के पत्र संख्या आर/एमओई/86606/2025 के माध्यम से, आशय पत्र की शतों को पूरा करने के संबंध में अनुपालन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। इसे सत्यापन और सलाह हेतु यूजीसी को अग्रेषित किया गया। यूजीसी ने दिनांक 29.12.2025 के पत्र संख्या एफ. 30-5/2018 (सीपीपी-I/डीयू) के माध्यम से बताया कि अनुपालन रिपोर्ट की जांच की गई और यूजीसी की स्थायी समिति ने उसे स्वीकार कर लिया है।
4. अब, इसलिए, यूजीसी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी की सलाह पर, नरसी मोनजी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज (एनएमआईएमएस) (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र को गिबपुरा-शांतिपुरा सर्क ल से आगे, सानंद-सरखेज हाईवे रोड, सानंद, अहमदाबाद, गुजरात में एक ऑफ-कैं पस कें र शुरू करने की स्वीकृ ति प्रदान करता है, जो निम्नलिखित शतों के अनुपालन के अध्यधीन होगी:—
i. संस्थान यूजीसी या संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के मानदंडों के अनुसार अपेक्षित योग्यता वाले कम से कम 50 संकायों की भर्ती करेगा।
ii. संस्थान कम से कम एक हज़ार छात्रों के साथ ऑफ-कैं पस कें र शुरू करेगा।
iii. संस्थान यह सुनितिि करेगा कि प्रस्तावित पीजी या अनुसंधान विद्र्यार्थयों की कु ल संख्या कु ल विद्र्यार्थयों की संख्या के पांचवें हिस्से से कम न हो।
iv. संस्थान को शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात 1:20 बनाए रखना होगा।
5. ऊपर पैरा 4 में बताई गई उक्त शतों को पूरा किए बिना ऊपर उल्लिखित ऑफ-कैं पस में किसी भी विद्यार्थी को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।
6. नरसी मोनजी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज (एनएमआईएमएस) (सम विश्वविद्यालय), मु ंबई, महाराष्ट्र इस मंत्रालय द्वारा पूर्व में जारी अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी शतों के साथ-साथ कें र सरकार, यूजीसी और अन्य सांविधिक परिषदों द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए निदेशों, नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।

2. और जबकि, प्रेस्टीज एजुके शन फाउंडेशन (एक गैर-लाभकारी कं पनी) द्वारा प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत सम-विश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा प्रदान करने के लिए यूजीसी पोर्टल पर एक ऑनलाइन आवेदन अपलोड किया गया था।
3. और जबकि, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 21.02.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 29-3/2024 (सीपीपी-आई/डीयू) के माध्यम से सूचित किया कि यूजीसी विशेषज्ञ समिति ने यूजीसी (सम-विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 के अनुसार आवेदन की जांच करने के बाद, सर्वसम्मति से कु छ भाग I—खण्ड 1]

शतों के साथ प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान का दर्जा देने की सिफारिश की। आयोग द्वारा दिनांक 23.12.2024 को हुई अपनी 586वीं बैठक (मद संख्या 2.11) में यूजीसी विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिश पर विचार किया गया और इसे अनुमोदित किया गया।.
4. अत: अब, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर, एतद्द्वारा प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश को सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत एक सम-विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान घोषित करता है। उक्त घोषणा निम्नलिखित शतों के अध्यधीन है:—
i. प्रायोजक निकाय द्वारा दिए गए सभी वचन पत्रों का सम विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा सख्ती से पालन किया जाएगा।
ii. संपूर्ण चल और अचल परिसंपत्तियां सम-विश्वविद्यालय या प्रेस्टीज एजुके शन फाउंडेशन के नाम पर होंगी।
iii. यूजीसी और शिक्षा मंत्रालय की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना, सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान/या इसकी घटक शिक्षण इकाइयों की परिसंपत्तियों या निधियों/राजस्व का कोई अन्यत्र उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।
iv. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर यूजीसी विनियम, 2023 के तहत आवश्यक शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात 1:20 बनाए रखेगा।
v. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर ऐसी किसी भी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होगा जो वाणिज्यिक और लाभ कमाने वाली प्रकृ ति की हो।
vi. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर में प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम यूजीसी और संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों/निकायों द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों और मानकों के अनुरूप होंगे।
vii. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर अपने पाठ्यक्रमों को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के साथ अनुकू लित करेगा।
viii. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर सभी पात्र शैक्षिक पाठ्यक्रमों/कार्यक्रमों को राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन बोर्ड (एनबीए) द्वारा वैध प्रत्यायन के लिए निर्धारित करवाने है और संस्थान को राष्ट्रीय मूल्यांकन और प्रत्यायन परिषद (एनएएसी) द्वारा वैध प्रत्यायन प्राप्त करने के लिए, जैसा भी मामला हो, समय-समय पर संशोधित विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (सम-विश्वविद्यालय संस्थाएं) विनियम, 2023 में निहित प्रावधानों के संदर्भ में सभी अपेक्षित कदम उठाएगा।
ix. छात्रों के प्रवेश, छात्रों की प्रवेश क्षमता, शैक्षणिक पाठ्यक्रम/कार्यक्रम के लिए अनुमोदन का नवीनीकरण, छात्रों की प्रवेश क्षमता में संशोधन, नए पाठ्यक्रम/कार्यक्रम शुरू करने आदि के मामले में संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के सभी निर्धारित मानदंड और प्रक्रियाएं लागू रहेंगी और प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर) इंदौर द्वारा इनका पालन किया जाएगा।
x. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर यूजीसी (सम विश्वविद्यालय संस्थान) विनियम, 2023 के अनुसार इस मंत्रालय और यूजीसी को एमओए प्रस्तुत करेगा। इसके अलावा, जब भी आवश्यक हो, यह मौजूदा विनियमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार अपने एमओए/नियमों को अद्यवतित या संशोधित या परिर्वर्तत करेगा।
xi. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर यूजीसी और संबंधित सांविधिक परिषदों के नियमों और विनियमों के अनुसार शुल्क संरचना का पालन करेगा।
xii. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर इस मंत्रालय के राष्ट्रीय संस्थागत रैंककं ग फ्रे मवर्क (एनआईआरएफ) द्वारा जारी र्वार्षक भारतीय रैंककं ग में भाग लेगा।
xiii. प्रेस्टीज इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड रिसर्च (पीआईएमआर), इंदौर अनिवार्य रूप से एके डमिक बैंक ऑफ क्रे डिट्स (एबीसी), उनके छात्रों की पहचान बनाएगा और डिजिटल लॉकर में उनके क्रे डिट स्कोर को अपलोड करेगा और यह सुनितिि करेगा कि क्रे डिट स्कोर एबीसी पोर्टल में परिलक्षित हो और समर्थ ई-गवनेंस को अपनाएं।

No. 9-13/2024-U.3(A)—Whereas, the Central Government is empowered under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956 to declare, on the advice of the UGC, an Institution of higher learning as an Institution deemed to be University.
2. And whereas, an online application dated 18.03.2024 was submitted by GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) on UGC's Portal for grant of Institution Deemed to be University status under general Category to GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) GMR Nagar, Rajam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956:
3. And whereas, UGC, vide its letter No. 10-6/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 11.12.2024, informed that the application was examined by its Expert committee in accordance with the UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023. The Expert Committee recommended conferment of status of Deemed to be University under General Category to GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) GMR Nagar, Rajam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh.
4. And whereas, the Commission considered and approved the recommendation of UGC Expert Committee in its 584th meeting (Item No. 2.09) held on 13.11.2024.
5. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of the UGC, hereby declares GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT), GMR Nagar, Rajam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh as an Institution deemed to be University under general category. The said declaration is subject to the following conditions:—
i. The Institution should endeavour to be a multi-disciplinary Institution with inter-disciplinary programmes.
ii. The Institution should focus on increasing the number of students in PG and Ph. D. Programme.
iii. The Institute should revisit the mission and vision statements to incorporate the character of a university and strategically and successfully align it with the National Education Policy 2020.
iv. The curriculum of various programs has to be revised in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, especially with regard to offering of credit-based courses such as Indian Knowledge Systems, Multidisciplinary Open Electives, courses in Humanities and Social Sciences including Management courses.
v. The Institution should invest in extensive faculty development programs to gear up for the challenges of transformation into a university.
vi. The Institution should upgrade the laboratories with better equipment.
vii. The Institution should follow all the UGC Regulations which are relevant to bring transparency in smooth function of university.
viii. There shall be no diversion of assets or funds/revenues of the Institution deemed to be University/or of its constituent teaching units, without prior permission of the UGC and Ministry of Education.
ix. As and when necessary, the Institute shall update or revise or modify its MoA / Rules, as per the provisions of the prevailing Regulations.

No. 10-10/2025-U.3(A)—Whereas, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra submitted an online application on UGC Portal to start an off-campus Centre at Gibpura- Ahead of Shantipura Circle, Sanand-Sarkhej Highway Road, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat under the provisions of UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023.
2. And whereas, UGC vide letter No. F. 30-5/2018 (CPP-I/DU) dated 19.06.2025, recommended for issuance of Letter of Intent (LoI) to NMIMS (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra with certain conditions. Accordingly, the Ministry, on the advice of UGC, issued Letter of Intent (LoI) dated 16.07.2025 to NMIMS (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra for fulfilment of the certain conditions within a period of 3 years before starting an off-campus at Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
3. And further whereas, the Registrar, NMIMS (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra, vide letter No. R/MoE/86606/2025 dated 11.08.2025, submitted compliance report in respect of fulfilment of the conditions of the LoI.
PART I—Sec.1] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, FEBRUARY 14, 2026 (MAGHA 25, 1947) 51The same was forwarded to UGC for verification and advice. UGC, vide letter No. F. 30-5/2018 (CPP-I/DU) dated 29.12.2025, conveyed that the compliance report was examined and accepted by its Standing Committee.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of UGC, hereby accords approval to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra to start an off-campus Centre at Gibpura-Ahead of Shantipura Circle, Sanand-Sarkhej Highway Road, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, subject to compliance of the following conditions:—
i. The Institution shall recruit a minimum of 50 faculties with requisite qualifications as per the norms of UGC or respective statutory councils.
ii. The Institution shall start the off-campus centre with a minimum of one thousand students.
iii. The Institution shall ensure that the total numbers of proposed PG or research students should not be less than one-fifth of the total number of students.
iv. The Institution shall maintain the teacher-students ratio of 1:20.
5. No students shall be admitted in the above said off-campus before compliance of the conditions mentioned in Para 4 above.
6. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) (Deemed to be University), Mumbai, Maharashtra shall abide by all other conditions mentioned in the earlier Notification(s) of this Ministry as well as the directions, Rules, Regulations of Central Government, UGC and other Statutory Councils, issued from time to time.

2. And whereas, an online application was uploaded on UGC Portal by Prestige Education Foundation (a not-for-profit Company) for grant of deemed to be University status under general category to Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
3. And whereas, UGC, vide its letter No. 29-3/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 21.02.2025, informed that UGC Expert Committee, after examining the application as per the UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023, unanimously recommended for grant of Institution deemed to be University status under general category to Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore, Madhya Pradesh with certain conditions. The recommendation of UGC Expert Committee was considered and approved by the Commission in its 586th meeting (Item No. 2.11) held on 23.12.2024.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Education, on the advice of the UGC, hereby declares Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore, Madhya Pradesh as an Institution deemed to be University under general category. The said declaration is subject to the following conditions:—
i. All the undertakings given by the sponsoring body shall be strictly followed by the deemed to be University.
ii. All the moveable and immoveable assets should be either in the name of the deemed to be University or Prestige Education Foundation.
iii. There shall be no diversion of assets or funds/revenues of the Institution deemed to be University/or of its constituent teaching units, without prior permission of the UGC and Ministry of Education.
iv. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall maintain teacher-students ratio of 1:20 as required under UGC Regulations, 2023.
v. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall not engage or indulge in any activities that are of commercial and profit making in nature.
vi. The academic programmes to be offered at Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall conform to the norms and standards prescribed by the UGC and the Statutory Councils/Bodies concerned.
vii. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall align its courses with National Education Policy-2020.
viii. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall take all the required steps to get all the eligible academic courses/programmes rated for valid accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (NBA)52 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, FEBRUARY 14, 2026 (MAGHA 25, 1947) [PART I—Sec.1 and the Institute to get valid accreditation by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), as the case may be, in terms of the provisions as contained in the UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time.
ix. All the prescribed norms and procedures of the Statutory Councils concerned in the matter of admission of students, intake capacity of students, renewal of approval to the academic course / programme, revision of intake capacity of students, starting of new courses / programmes, etc. shall continue to be in force, and shall be adhered to by Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore.
x. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall submit MoA in accordance with UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023 to this Ministry and UGC. Further, as and when necessary, it shall update or revise or modify its MoA / Rules, as per the provisions of the prevailing Regulations.
xi. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall follow the fee structure as per the Rules and Regulations of the UGC and relevant Statutory Councils.
xii. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall participate in annual Indian rankings issued by National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of this Ministry.
xiii. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore shall compulsorily create Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), identities of their students and upload their credit score in digital lockers and ensure that the credit scores are reflected in ABC Portal and adopt Samarth e-Gov.
