सा.का.नि. 48.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए गृह मंत्रालय, स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी I, स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी II और स्टाफ कार चालक (साधारण श्रेणी), समूह "ग" पद भर्ती नियमावली, 2020 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी-I और स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी- II के पदों से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिकान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, गृह मंत्रालय में स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी-I और स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी-II के पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी-I और स्टाफ कार चालक श्रेणी-II (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2026 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
4. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा और अर्हताएं आदि - भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उक्त पदों से संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।
5. निरर्हता - वह व्यक्ति,
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है जिसका पति या पत्नी जिवित है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जिवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार को यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति - जहां कें द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 48.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Home Affairs Staff Car Drivers Grade I, Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), Group `C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2020, in so far as they relate to the posts of Staff Car Driver Grade I and Staff Car Driver Grade II, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Driver Grade I and Staff Car Driver Grade II in the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-
248 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : FEBRUARY 21, 2026/PHALGUNA 2 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Staff Car Driver Grade I and Staff Car Driver Grade II (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification.- No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Promotion: Staff Car Driver Grade II in level – 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500 – 81100) with six years of regular service in the grade or with a combined service of fifteen years in Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade); and have passed the trade test, prescribed by the Central Government. Note.- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors shall also be considered, provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. Deputation: Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations;- (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with six years of service rendered after appointment to the post (as Staff Car Driver Grade II) in level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or (iii) with a combined service of fifteen years in the grade of Staff Car Driver Grade II in level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19900-63200); and have passed the trade test, prescribed by the Central Government; and (b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience, namely: - (i) 10th class pass from a recognised Board; (ii) possession of a valid driving license for motor cars; (iii) knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate shall be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle); and (iv) experience of driving a motor car for at least three years. Note 1.-The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2.- The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. | Group 'C' Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering promotion) consisting of:- 1. सा.का.नि. 49.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और कामिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय, कामिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग, लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी, मसूरी, आशुलिपिक श्रेणी - 1, समूह-'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2017, को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, कामिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय, कामिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग, लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी, मसूरी, में आशुलिपिक श्रेणी - 1 के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कामिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय, कामिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग, लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी, मसूरी, आशुलिपिक श्रेणी - 1 (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम 2026 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि - उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं ।

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा;
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति - जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति - इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 49.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Stenographer Grade-I, Group 'B' Post Recruitment Rules, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade-I in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, namely:-

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Stenographer Grade-I, (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special category of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of applications. |

2. प्रयोज्यता – ये नियम इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामलें उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होगें।
5. अपात्रता – कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है;
या
(ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
किसी भी उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगाः
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

G.S.R. 50.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group 'C', Non- Gazetted post of Upper Division Clerk (Level-4) in the Department of Space, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Upper Division Clerk Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

(2) ये आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रयोज्यता – ये नियम इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामलें उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होगें।

किसी भी उक् त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगाः
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति - इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

| a) By Promotion: Upper Division Clerk in Level-4 (with NFSG in Level-6) with 9 years of regular service. सा.का.नि. 52.—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, अंतरिक्ष विभाग में अनुभाग अधिकारी (स्तर-8) के समूह 'ख' के राजपत्रित पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करते हुए निम्नवत नियम बनाते हैं:
1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ – (1) इन नियमों को अंतरिक्ष विभाग, अनुभाग अधिकारी भर्ती नियम, 2025 कहा जाए।
(2) ये आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रयोज्यता – ये नियम इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामलें उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होगें।
5. अपात्रता – कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है;
या
(ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

G.S.R. 52.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group 'B', Gazetted post of Section Officer (Level-8) in the Department of Space, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Section Officer Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 53.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'C', Non-Gazetted post of Stenographer (Level 4) in the Department of Space, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Stenographer Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Conversion of CGPA into percentage of marks is not permitted to determine eligibility, regardless of whether any conversion formula is prescribed by the University/ Institution concerned. सा.का.नि. 54.—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, अंतरिक्ष विभाग में वैयक्तिक सहायक (स्तर-7) के समूह 'ख', के गैर-राजपत्रित पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करते हुए निम्नवत नियम बनाते हैं:
1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ – (1) इन नियमों को अंतरिक्ष विभाग, वैयक्तिक सहायक भर्ती नियम, 2025 कहा जाए।
(2) ये आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रयोज्यता – ये नियम इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामलें उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होगें।
5. अपात्रता – कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है;
या
(ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
किसी भी उक् त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगाः
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति - इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

2. प्रयोज्यता - ये नियम इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में निदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों से संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
5. अपात्रता - कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/पत्नी जीवित है;
या
(ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
किसी भी उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगा:
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

G.S.R. 55.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'B', Gazetted post of Private Secretary (Level-8) in the Department of Space, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Private Secretary Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,286 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : FEBRUARY 21, 2026/PHALGUNA 2 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 57.— संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति अंतरिक्ष विभाग में वरिष्ठ अनुवाद अधिकारी (स्तर-7) के समूह 'ख' के अराजपत्रित पद पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को विनियमित करते हुए निम्नवत नियम बनाते हैं :-
1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ- (1) इन नियमों को अंतरिक्ष विभाग, वरिष्ठ अनुवाद अधिकारी भर्ती नियम, 2025 कहा जाए।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. प्रयोज्यता – ये नियम इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में विनिदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा उनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, इत्यादि- उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा अन्य संबंधित मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
5. अपात्रता – कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति,
क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है।
या
ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
किसी भी उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगा:
बशर्ते कि कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय- समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

G.S.R. 57.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'B', Non-Gazetted post of Senior Translation Officer (Level-7) in the Department of Space, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These Rules are called the Department of Space, Senior Translation Officer Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedules Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 59.—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, अंतरिक्ष विभाग में स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर 'बी' (स्तर-4) के समूह 'ग' के अराजपत्रित पद पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया को विनियमित करते हुए निम्नवत नियम बनाते हैं:
1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ- (1) इन नियमों को अंतरिक्ष विभाग, स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर-बी भर्ती नियम, 2025 कहा जाए।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. प्रयोज्यता- ये नियम इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में विनिदिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इनसे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।

किसी भी उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगा:
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू व्यक्तिगत कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
6. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
7. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए मुहैया कराए जाने हेतु आवश्यक आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य छू टों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

Bangalore, the 29th January, 2026
G.S.R. 59.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group 'C', Non-Gazetted post of Staff Car Driver 'B' (Level-4) in the Department of Space, namely :
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Staff Car Driver-B Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

| a) Promotion: Staff Car Drivers 'A' in Level 2 in the Pay Matrix with a minimum of 8 years' regular service in the post. Note-1: The eligibility service for promotion to the post of Staff Car Driver-B in Level-4 shall continue to be five (5) years for persons holding the feeder post i.e. Staff Car Driver-A in Level-2 on regular basis on the date of notification of these rules. Note-2: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility services are being considered for promotion, their seniors shall also be considered, provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two (2) years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. Past cases need not be reopened. b) Deputation: Officials from Central Services Group-C under the Central Government: a) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or b) with eight years of regular service rendered after appointment to the post in the equivalent cadre on regular basis in Level-2 in the pay matrix. Note-1: The selection of officials on deputation shall involve evaluation of the eligible candidates by a Selection Committee constituted in the Department from time to time. G.S.R. 60.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group 'C', Non-Gazetted post of Staff Car Driver 'C' (Level-5) in the Department of Space, namely :
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Staff Car Driver-C Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादि - उक्त पदों हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता तथा अन्य संबंधित मामले इस अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) में विनिदिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
5. अपात्रता – कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति, -
(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया है, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है;

G.S.R. 62.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group 'C', Non-Gazetted post of Multi-Tasking Staff (Level-1) in the Department of Space, namely:
316 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : FEBRUARY 21, 2026/PHALGUNA 2 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules are called the Department of Space, Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application – These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living;
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
