का.नि.आ. 7.—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राजभाषा (संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए) नियम, 1976 के नियम 10 के उपनियम (4) के अनुसरण में, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन के निम्नलिखित अधीनस्थ कार्यालय को, जिसके 80% से अधिक कर्मचारियों ने हिदी का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया है, अधिसूचित करती है:-

S.R.O. 7.—In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Languages (Use for official purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby notifies the following office of Defence Research and Development Organization, Ministry of Defence, more than 80% staff whereof has acquired working knowledge of Hindi :-

का.नि.आ. 8.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सशस्त्र बल मुख्यालय राजभाषा सेवा (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) नियम 2022, का संशोधन करने के निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र बल मुख्यालय राजभाषा सेवा (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) संशोधन नियम 2026 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सशस्त्र बल मुख्यालय राजभाषा सेवा (समूह 'क' और 'ख' पद) नियम 2022 की अनुसूची-4 में,-
(क) क्रम संख्या 4, स्तम्भ संख्या (5) जो सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) के पद से संबन्धित है, में, "तीन वर्ष" को "पाँच वर्ष" पढ़ा जाएगा और प्रविष्टि के पश्चात एक टिप्पण "इन नियमों की अधिसूचना की तारीख को नियमित आधार पर पोषक पद धारण करने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए पात्रता सेवा तीन वर्ष जारी रहेगी" अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा।

टिप्पण : मूल नियम, भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II , खंड 4, तारीख 23 अप्रैल 2022 में अधिसूचना संख्या का.नि.आ. 30, तारीख 20 अप्रैल 2022 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे, और तत्पश्चात अधिसूचना संख्या का.नि.आ. 66 तारीख 29 अक्टूबर 2024 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था।
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th February, 2026
S.R.O. 8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Armed Forces Headquarters Official Language Service (Group „A" and „B" Posts) Rules, 2022, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Armed Forces Headquarters Official Language Service (Group „A" and „B" Posts) Amendment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the, Armed Forces Headquarters Official Language Service (Group „A" and „B" Posts) Rules, 2022, in Schedule IV, -
(a) in Sl. no. 4, column no.(5) relating to the post of Assistant Director (Official Language), in the entry "three years" will be read as "five years" and after the entry, a Note "The eligibility service shall continue to be three years for persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis on the date of notification of these rules" shall be inserted.
