सा.का.नि. 99.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस तरह के संशोधन से पहले किए गए या किए जाने से लोप की गई बातों के सिवाय एतद्द्वारा आथिक कार्य विभाग में समूह 'ग' (मल्टी-टास्किग स्टाफ) के पद से संबंधित भर्ती की प्रक्रिया को विनियमित करने के लिए आथिक कार्य विभाग, समूह 'ग'(मल्टी-टास्किग स्टाफ) भर्ती नियम, 2010 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
(i) इन नियमों को आथिक कार्य विभाग, समूह 'ग' (मल्टी-टास्किग स्टाफ) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

G.S.R. 99.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, excepts as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, the President hereby makes the following rule further to amend the Department of Economic Affairs, Group 'C' (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2010 regulating the method of recruitment relating to the post of Group 'C' (Multi-Tasking Staff) in the Department of Economic Affairs, namely :-
i. These rules may be called the Department of Economic Affairs, Group 'C' (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
ii. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Department of Economic Affairs, Group 'C' (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2010, –
(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely: -

199 (ई) दिनांक:10 मार्च, 1992 के तहत किए गए (प्रथम संशोधन), अधिसूचना संख्याएस.ओ. 2889 (ई) दिनांक 3 दिसंबर, 2010 के तहत किए गए (द्वितीय संशोधन) और अधिसूचना संख्या जी.एस.आर. 351 (ई) ,दिनांक 27 मई, 2020 के तहत किए गए (तृतीय संशोधन) बाद के संशोधनों के अधिक्रमण में , कें द्र सरकार, सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 (अधिनियम संख्या 1971 का 40) की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई सारणी के कालम (2) में उल्लिखित मुरगांव पत्तन प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों को कथित अधिनियम के प्रयोजन हेतु संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, और कथित अधिकारी, उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत या उसके द्वारा 'संपदा अधिकारी' को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और उन कर्तव्यों का पालन करेंगे जो उक्त सारणी के कालम (3) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि में निदिष्ट सरकारी स्थान के संबंध में उनके संबंधित अधिकार क्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर निर्धारित हैं।

2. इस अधिसूचना के तहत नियुक्त सभी 10 (दस) भू-सम्पदा अधिकारी सार्वजनिक परिसर अधिनियम, 1971
(अप्राधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) के तहत उपरोक्त मौजा के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी भूमि एवं बिल्डिग पर प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने में सक्षम होंगे ।
उक्त नियुक्ति सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी ।

G.S.R. 100.—In supersession of Notification No. S.O. 92 (E) dated 24th February, 1982 and subsequent amendments (first amendment) made thereafter to it vide Notification No.S.O.199 (E) dated 10th March, 1992, (second amendment) vide Notification No. S.O. 2889 (E) dated 3rd December, 2010 and (third amendment) vide Notification No. G.S.R. 351 (E) dated 27th May, 2020, the Central Government by exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act No. 40 of 1971), hereby appoints the Officers of Mormugao Port Authority mentioned in the Column (2) of the below table, to be Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the 'Estate Officer' by or under the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the Public Premises, specified in the corresponding entry in Column (3) of the said Table:
