4. इसके अतिरिक्त, कार्यकारी/विधायी/समिति/प्रोटोकॉल अधिकारी के पद पर उनकी नियुक्ति माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा एसएलपी(एस) के संबंध में दिए जाने वाले निर्णय के अध्यधीन होगी।
