आ.अ. 73.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्री स्वपनिल एम. नाइक, आई.ए.एस के स्थान पर सुश्री प्रेरणा पुरी, आई.ए.एस. (एजीएमयूटी: 2006) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. सुश्री प्रेरणा पुरी, चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी।

3. सुश्री प्रेरणा पुरी, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, चण्डीगढ़ के रूप में कार्य करते हुए चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, चण्डीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के सचिव पदाभिहित किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th April, 2026
O.N. 73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Administration of the Union Territory of Chandigarh hereby designates Ms. Prerna Puri, IAS (AGMUT:2006) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the Union Territory of Chandigarh with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Swapnil M. Naik, IAS.
2. Ms. Prerna Puri shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Administration of Union Territory of Chandigarh, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Ms. Prerna Puri while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Chandigarh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Administration of Union Territory of Chandigarh except that she should be designated Secretary to the Administration of the Union Territory of Chandigarh in charge of Election Department in the Union Territory Secretariat.

आ.अ. 74.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग मणिपुर राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा श्री अरूण कु मार सिन्हा, आई. ए. एस. (एम एन :1999) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए मणिपुर राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्री अरूण कु मार सिन्हा, मणिपुर सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।

O.N. 74.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Manipur hereby designates Shri Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS (MN:1999) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Manipur with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders.
2. Shri Arun Kumar Sinha shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Manipur, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Arun Kumar Sinha while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Manipur except that he should be designated Principal Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए सिक्किम राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।

2. Shri Raj Kumar Yadav shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Sikkim, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Raj Kumar Yadav while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Sikkim shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Sikkim except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
