आ.अ. 76.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्री मनोज कु मार अग्रवाल, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्रीमती नीलम मीना, आई.ए.एस. (डब्ल्यू.बी.:1998) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्रीमती नीलम मीना, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पद भार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी।

New Delhi, the 25th May, 2026
O.N. 76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of West Bengal hereby designates Smt. Neelam Meena, IAS, (WB:1998) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of West Bengal with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal, IAS.
2. Smt. Neelam Meena, shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of West Bengal, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Smt. Neelam Meena, while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, West Bengal shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of West Bengal except that she should be designated Principal Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

आ.अ. 77.—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पुदुचेरी राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा, श्री ए.एस.पी.एस रवि प्रकाश, आईएएस (एजीएमयूटी: 2011) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए पुदुचेरी के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्री ए.एस.पी.एस रवि प्रकाश, पुदुचेरी सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।

O.N. 77.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Puducherry hereby designates Shri A.S.P.S Ravi Prakash, IAS (AGMUT:2011) as the Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders.
2. Shri A.S.P.S Ravi Prakash shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Puducherry, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri A.S.P.S Ravi Prakash while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Puducherry except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

लालरोजामा, आई. ए. एस. के स्थान पर श्रीमती गरिमा गुप्ता, आई. ए. एस. (एजीएमयूटी:2004) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए मिजोरम राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. श्रीमती गरिमा गुप्ता, मिजोरम सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी।

2. Smt. Garima Gupta shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Mizoram, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Smt. Garima Gupta while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Mizoram shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Mizoram except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
