No. CHSM/UT/2019-20/119.—In partial modification of Chandigarh Administration Notification No.1932-FII(XII)-71/3746, dated 04.03.1971 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3(3)(a) of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1965 (Punjab Act No. 16 of 1965) as applicable to Union Territory of Chandigarh and all other powers in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to nominate members of the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, UT, Chandigarh as under :—
1. The Principal Secretary Health, Chandigarh Administration (Ex-Officio)
2. The Director, Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (A.Y.U.S.H.), Chandigarh Administration.
3. The Principal, Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Sector 26, Chandigarh.

No. CHSM/UT/2019-20/125.—In supersession of Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department's Notification bearing No. 1934-F-II(XII)-71/3763 dated 4th March, 1971 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 3 of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1965 (Punjab Act No. 16 of 1965), as applicable to Union Territory of Chandigarh and all other powers in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to nominate the Principal Secretary Health, Chandigarh Administration as the Chairman of the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, UT, Chandigarh.
