No. 4/1/53-(Part-II)-HII(6)-2020/2107.—The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to extend period of Industrial Advisory Committee. Constituted vide Chandigarh Administration's notification No. 4/1/53-(Part-II)-HII(3)-2018/1134, dated 17.01.2018 for further period of two years i.e. from 18.01.2020 to 17.01.2022. The function of the Committee will remain the same.

No. 10/3/2-UTFI(1)-2019/20985.—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section 3 of Section 2 of the Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952 as applicable to the Union Territory of Chandigarh, by virtue of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification dated 01.11.1966 issued under the provisions of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966 read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification No. S.O. [No. F.2/9/68-UT (i)] dated 30.10.1968 and all other powers in this behalf, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby appoints the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Central), Chandigarh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (East), Chandigarh & Sub-Divisional Magistrate (South), Chandigarh to perform all or any of the functions of the Deputy Commissioner as enshrined in the said Act of 1952 within their respective areas of jurisdiction.
