No. 50-FII(8)-2020/5003.—In partial modification of notification No. 6/1/4A-FII(8)-2007/3231, dated 04.01.2007, regarding Chandigarh Municipal Corporation (Tax on Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Lands and Buildings), Bye-Laws 2003, the word 'Zone A' under the Sr no. 5 (ii) in the second line of para, is hereby substituted with word 'Zone B'. The order will be effective from the next financial year i.e. 1st April, 2020.
