No. Spl-HIII(3)-2020/4513.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 60 of the Disaster Management Act-2005, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to authorize the Executive Magistrates designated by the Chandigarh Administration, vide notification bearing No. Spl-HIII(3)-2020/4389, dated 4th April, 2020, to file complaint as per provision of the said Act.
