No. SW3/SCPCR/2020/8869.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 sub- Section (2)(a) of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Ms. Harjinder Kaur, D/o Sh. Naranjan Singh, H. No. 2352, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh as Chairperson of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
The term of the Chairperson will be for a period of three years from the date, the Chairperson assumes the charge of the post. The terms and conditions will be applicable as per the rules notified by the Chandigarh Administration under the Commissions for Protection of Child Right Act, 2005.
