No. 2/7/18-H-III(7)-2020/9112.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 215(2) of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 and in supersession of Chandigarh Administration Notification bearing No. 2/7/18-H-III(7)-2016/10280, dated 02.5.2016, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to re-constitute the State Level Road Safety Council with the following officers / non official members, to review the working of road safety in the Union Territory, Chandigarh and to suggest measures for its improvement.
The tenure of non-official members is fixed upto two years from the date of issuance of this notification;
