No. CHSM/UT/2020-21/61.—In supersession of Chandigarh Administration, Finance Department's notification bearing No. A&H-II-2001/439, dated the 28th February, 2001 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 (Punjab Act No. 16 of 1965), as applicable to the Union Territory, Chandigarh, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby appoint Dr. Manju Shree, Assistant Director (Homoeopathy)/ Incharge, District level Dispensaries, as Registrar, Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicines, Union Territory, Chandigarh for the purpose of said Act.
