No. DHE-UT-C4-12(57)96.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification G.S.R. No. 3267, dated 1st November, 1966, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to make amendment in Chandigarh Education Services (College Cadre) (Group'C') Recruitment Rules, January 2020, namely :—
(1) These rules may be called the Chandigarh Education Services (College Cadre) (Miscellaneous Categories) (Group 'C') Recruitment (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020 ;
(2) These shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Chandigarh Administration Gazette.
(3) In the Chandigarh Education Services (College Cadre) (Miscellaneous Categories) (Group 'C') Recruitment Rules, 2020 in the schedule appended thereto for Serial No. 11 captioned "in case of recruitment by promotion/deputation/transfer grades from which promotion/ deputation/transfer is to be made" for the post of Senior Laboratory Attendant shall be substituted, namely :—
"By Promotion : From amongst Group 'D' with five years regular service in the cadre fulfilling educational qualification as per Column 8."
