Salil Puri, Superintendent Grade-I seeking voluntary retirement, Hon'ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to allow him to retire voluntarily from the services of this Hon'ble Court w.e.f. 04.12.2020 (A.N.) by waiving off the condition of three months prior notice, under Rules 33-A and 33(4) of the High Court Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1973, as amended up to date.
