No. SWD/NT/LLC/2021/588.—As mandated by Section 13 (Chapter VI) of the "The National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999", the Adviser to the Administrator of Chandigarh is pleased to constitute a Local Level Committee for issuance of legal guardianship certificate in Chandigarh consisting of the following members :—

The Joint Director, GRIID Sector 31, Chandigarh will ensure convening of LLC meetings regularly, smooth functioning of LLC, maintenance of records in the custody of District Magistrate. This Committee shall also implement the relevant provisions of the National Trust Act and rules, regulations made thereunder. The Local Level Committee shall work for a period of 3 years from the date of its constitution or till such time it is reconstituted.
