No. F&PO (1)-2021/2252.—In supersession of the orders issued by the Finance Department, Chandigarh Administration vide No. F&PO(1)-2020/12671, dated 25th September, 2020 and in pursuance of Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training issued vide O.M. No. 39018/1/98-Estt.(B), dated 21st May, 1999 duly adopted by the Chandigarh Administration, Department of Personnel vide its letter No. 613-GOI-IH(7)-99/15664, dated 13.8.1999, a Departmental Promotion Committee consisting of following members is hereby constituted for considering the promotion cases to the post of Assistant Controller(F&A) (Group -A) of the Finance Department, Chandigarh Administration as under :—

The Committee shall function in accordance with the guidelines of Departmental Promotion Committee as applicable to the employees of Union Territory, Chandigarh from time to time.
